We were in Sorrento on a day trip and stopped in the shop to look at all the beautiful inlayed wood, there were small and large boxes, coasters, tables, chest sets, cameos, furniture, and linens.

We stopped in Naples on a cruise and visited Sorrento. We were amazed by their inlaid woodwork. We order quite a few pieces and they shipped them free of charge back to the states for us. The boxes arrived quickly and they were packed very well. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Sorrento/Naples. The staff was... More

We had arrived in Sorrento on the Thomson Dream cruise ship and the bus that we took into town from the harbour dropped us off outside this shop. This could not have been better if we had planned it as after consulting Trip Advisor in advance of our cruise this shop was at the very top of the places that... More

The art of fretwork (inlaid woodwork) is dying out - only 70 people in the world do it. But if you visit Gargiulo and Jannuzzi you will see the beautiful products of this amazing skill. I had heard about it from my father, who visited Sorrento in the 1940's and I found the numerous pieces to be totally breathtaking. In... More

My husband & I were visiting Sorrento in mid March when we came across the gorgeous window displays one night on the way to dinner. We came back the next morning to explore the shop. Here you will find wonderful displays of ceramics to linens, to hand-made lace, to Murano jewelry to an enormous amount of inlaid furniture, trays, chess... More

This is one of my favorite stores in Sorrento and in Italy for that matter. They have very authentic items that you do not find everywhere. I especially love their cloth items. My friend Miriam and her family are very kind and helpful. We never miss going in there for a bit of shopping. This store is located in main... More

We stopped at this lovely shop during our tour with the cruise ship. The lady doing the instructional monologue was very snappy, almost to the point of being rude, but that's just her way. Over the years you realize that some people just can't help themselves and they have no filter. Anyway, please don't let that detract from the store.... More

Plenty of 'locally' made goods in the shop and not cheap either. We managed to find the last Murano glass strawberries in Sorrento, so at least we now have a good set of Murano fruit! The chess sets are worth a look, but again are not cheap. The shop is well supported by tourist trips and can be very busy... More

This is the perfect shopping destination to experience one of a kind items that are unique to this area from ceramics, to linens, to jewelry, inlaid wooden boxes, hand made lace, and so much more. We picked up a few things to remember our visit to Sorrento. And then again; we enjoyed ourselves too much... We have cancelled our 2013... More

Stopped by on a Celebrity tour and had a wonderful experience at this store, Irene was wonderful, purchased several pieces that arrived in perfect condition, packaging was the best. Loved the coffee and pastries we were given while waiting to complete our paperwork. Will be back next year.
