This place is absolutely fabulous. This store has been owned by the same family for generations. Their hallmark is their linens. I have ordered linens from them for several years and also go back and buy more when in Sorrento. Their tablecloths are wonderful and so beautiful. They custom make tablecloths and bed linens to your dimensions. Their customer service... More

This is a large prominent shop on the corner of Piazza Tasso. There are two floors of high quality items, ceramics, inlaid wood and linens are the main items. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products but we felt were pushing for a sale. The shop can be very busy due to it's location and because cruise ships... More

I bought the most beautiful wooden tray I have ever seen. I had to have it. They will ship anywhere. I have a beautiful and entirely unique memento from Sorrento that I can look at and remember my wonderful trip every day.

This is the most amazing store we've seen. Glorious workmanship and true art carried over generations. We ordered large tables, lazy Suzan's, and side tables and it all arrived quickly, well packaged and even more beautiful than in the store. Superb customer service. See Marco. Not to be missed in beautiful Sorrento. It's like you bring a sliver of the... More

It has been about 7 years ago that I visited this shop but have never forgotten all the beautiful items. I bought a wooden inlaid round platter and a beautiful wooden music box. I was shopping today and almost bought a wooden lazy suzan that had Italian designs but turned it over and saw "made in China". LOL. Did not... More

No where else can you get anything like this. We purchased a hand made wooden pictures that was made of inlaid veneer pieces that formed a picture of surrounding Sorrento. Generations upon generations have continued this form of art and has come very far since1863 when it first started this art form. Unfortunately I did not take a picture because... More

We bought a modern-looking colorful inlaid wood lazy susan that is a work of art. I keep it in the center of the dining table and serve on it and receive constant compliments! They are not inexpensive, but very special and worth the splurge. Packing and shipping was perfect.

This is an amazing shop which is an experience to walk round. Inlaid wood being a speciality of Sorrento there is no surprise that it contains a vast collection of inlaid wood boxes, tables, furniture, chess sets etc. The section with embroidery including place mats, table cloths, napkins etc. is beautiful to see. There are hundreds of ceramics. In this... More

We visited Gargiulo & Jannuzzi on a tour several times. Every time we went back we have bought something. On our last visit we purchased serving boards. Unfortunately the boards had a small defect. We contacted the artist and he stood behind the product 100%. They replaced our boards free of charge and we have been happy with the new... More

Located on the s.e. corner of Piazza Tasso ( on Viale E. Caruso ), this large "department store" is a good one-stop place for Sorrento fine arts. Mainly inlaid wood items & furniture, ceramics & pottery, jewellery and embroidered linens & lace. Very beautiful pieces, but for some wood items I would recommend checking out the factory store a few... More
