This is our second trip to Sorrento and with this one came a plan - you cannot walk to town without a stroll through the lemon grove. The gardens are beautiful, calm and serene and you forget that just outside the boundaries lies a busy, animated town. The limoncello is by far the best we have tried in Sorrento, limoncello... We went to this place having seen reviews on Trip Advisor, and despite the sign on the door inviting us to 'walk in the lemon groves' we were told by the staff that the garden was private and we were only allowed into the small courtyard with picnic tables. We tried to ask for more information as we had seen... More

We were walking around Sorrento looking at the bay, the houses and the people when we found a citrus grove. The offer of a free tasting and the chance to buy Limoncello could not be passed up. It looks a little tired but it is shady and nice on a warm day. However, persist and get to the kiosk at... More

A free public garden. Stumbled on this garden by accident. It's an ancient lemon grove. Loved the limoncello and the noci. Walk through it and get a break from noise and traffic. It's quite an oasis.

What a treat to find in the heart of Sorrento, this amazing garden of lemon trees which has been there for 300 years, 5 generations of the Cataldo family. The tastings were delightful - I wish I could have brought home a liter of each liqueur..lemon, orange, fennel..Yum!! Limoncello is a major project of this region around Sorrento and it's... More

Fantastic little shops tucked away off the high street. They produce there own ice cream and Limoncello, the assistant was friendly knowledgable and enthusiastic, she was keen to tell us as much as she could about the product and how it was made etc. ice cream was delicious and my partner tried the free Limoncello sample and was bowled over... We rushed here because we were under a tight schedule, but the place is quite great. Best limoncello with fair prices. Every product we tasted was really good, that's why we had to bring a lot of stuff home! The granita is great in the heat, and the place is a mandatory once in Sorrento.

Beautiful lemon / orange grove on the main road of Sorrento, well worth a look even for 10 mins if passing, you can wander through at your own leisure then also have free taste of their Lemoncello and have a sit down under a covered area. Beautiful place well worth dropping by

We only stopped and walked around the lemon grove which was small but lovely. We tasted their different lemonchellos and bought a couple small ones as gifts. Cute place, nice retreat from the city traffic. Didn't have time to go to the factory part.

Smack in the middle of the city of Sorrento there is a peaceful citrus grove where you are allowed to wander the shady paths, see the trees heavy with lemons and oranges. Sit on one of benches, listen to birds sing and search for insects and you won't believe you are still in the city. And as you exit the... More
