Would recommend attending a evening of songs and dance at the Teatro Tasso. The Sorrento Musical is one of folk dancing, traditions and famous songs including 'O Sole Mio'. The group put in a lot of energy and though all the songs are in Italian, it is still very good fun and when you leave the theatre you do with... More

We were offered this evening entertainment as an optional excursion as part of a tour. What a great evening's entertainment. The costumes were colourful. The music great and the singing of a good standard. Pre show drinks on the terrace added to the comfortable seats. If in Sorrento do not miss this great night out with lots of audience participation... More

We paid €50 each for the meal and show. Overall it was very good. The food was not out of this world but it was tasty and satisfied us. We got 4 courses plus coffee and a bottle of wine between us. A couple of the artists played and sang for us while we ate then the show started at... More

I went on Saturday evening with some friends. This is a really good night out. The drinks were included which is a nice idea, the show is beautiful, funny and very entertaining with a bit of Sorrento culture. Definitely not to be missed and the music is to die for. We loved it!

We visited this show after hearing O Sole Mio drifting out over the town one evening - it sounded fun. We didn't have the meal beforehand, but enjoyed a free drink on the balcony/terrace before the show began. It was an evening of neopolitan songs and dancing - all light-hearted and with a comic turn too. It was not high... More

They work very hard in this theatre, unfortunately to no avail. The show was full of colour and motion, unfortunately nobody could work out what it was all about. My impression was that not many locals would waste their time on it, except that is, if they were actually acting in it. The average school play would knock spots off... More

We had heard good things about the Teatro Tasso, so we made a full-price reservation for the dinner and show. When we arrived we were seated in the balcony way on the side, although all of the tables in the center of the balcony were empty. We asked if we could be seated more centrally, and the server said that... More

I really liked this show in Sorrento: the best neapolitan songs performed by good singers: soprano, tenore, baritono and basso and dancers. Nice coreography and beautiful scenography. the dinner is well cooked and served. Finally, a really wonderful evening, but notice that there isn't an elevator for old people or wheelchair.

Really had a wonderful evening. The entire experience was near perfect. Great food, superb service and the theater experience was fantastic. I read reviews about it being "cheesy" but I would disagree with that opinion. It was far more than I expected. High quality stage performances, great live music, audience participation, old world charm. Opera quality voice and theater. If... More

A little cheesy but a great night out. It is worth paying the extra money to have food at the theatre (which was pretty good in its own right).
