My husband and i decided to try this place after one of our excursions for the day got cancelled. My husband was a little worried about the cost but by the end of the class with a full stomach he said it was well worth the money. this place gives you an opportunity to learn some new cooking techniques to... This was probably my favorite meal the week we were in Italy and was a double bonus that we got to help cook it ourselves. Our group made amazing bruschetta w/ green olives, which I don't normally like but now I don't want bruschetta without them. Then we made pasta from scratch for the bolognese and ravioli. The scallopina (sorrento... More

My husband and I did the 7 course class and we really enjoyed it. The class was so well organized and so informative that the time seemed to pass quickly. While we didn't prepare everything ourselves, we were involved, and I can only imagine how long the class would have to be for us to do it all. For us,... More

Wow what an experience. This was the best tasting egg pasta, scallopina, ravioli, bruschetta and tiramisu I have eaten. Learnt a lot especially about how to make pasta. The only disappointing thing is t s not very hands on.

This is something I really fancied doing on our honeymoon, so when we happened upon Williams cooking school in the Sorrento lanes we signed up for the 7 course class! We were the only Brits with a gang on American and Canadians, everyone was very friendly which made for an enjoyable afternoon into evening. Whilst I agree with the previous... More

I'd read the reviews of this before we went to Italy and as my partner and I both love cooking we were really excited to do a class. We arrived at the time we had pre-booked our class for and William said as there were only 2 of us he needed us to come back in 2 hours. We said... More

We are gardeners, cooks, and foodies. We really looked forward to two weeks toodling around Italy eatin and drinkin. Oh My! We tried, we really did. We ate on the street, we ate in fine dining highly recommended restaurants, we ate what we cooked from the markets. We are so sorry Italy, we just didn't find what we were hoping... More

We did the session for the afternoon, consisting of the seven course Italian menu. It was a really good afternoon, but when we arrived we were told that as there were only two of us they'd start an hour later. It would have been good if they'd have left a message at our hotel, or texted this, so as to... More

Our group of 7 recently participated in Chef William's 7 course cooking class. Everyone had a great time, finding the class to be both entertaining and a learning experience. Even though my cooking interests are limited to summer grilling, I greatly enjoyed the class. My only complaint was standing for 4 hours without a break. Stools or a 15 minute... More

Before I get into the review I can point out that if you click on the map link on the mobile app it shows a location in Naples. This is an error. The cooking class is in Sorrento. On with the review - William is a an excellent entertaining and knowledgeable chef who have us an in-depth and details lesson.... More
