There were six of us on this course and it was very informative and enjoyable. We all had a chance to roll out pasta, assemble ravioli, make spaghetti and sauces. Also bruschetta and tiramisu. Well worth it and you dine on the finished products so its dinner as well.

This was our first cooking course ever,and we must say that we loved it!!! Charasmatic Chef Wlliam and sous Chef Éppé made our first culinary experience a delight!
