We had a blast ! Chef William is young, energetic, a good teacher, and makes the class a fun experience for all. I picked this class because of the reviews here, and the more ambitious menu. Signed up with an email note online before leaving the US. When we dropped in to say hello, Chef William suggested we switch days... More

My friend and I traveled to the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento to hike and take cooking classes. We signed up for the Gelato Class and also had a class in making Gnocchi, Bruchetta and Tiramisu. Overall, I learned a lot and since I have been back home, I have successfully made both Gnocchi and Tiramisu. Chef William was good at... More

There were six of us on this course and it was very informative and enjoyable. We all had a chance to roll out pasta, assemble ravioli, make spaghetti and sauces. Also bruschetta and tiramisu. Well worth it and you dine on the finished products so its dinner as well.

We booked this class last minute b/c we did not know if we could fit it in. There was 3 of us in the class. The class cost us 75 Euros and was an incredible deal. My husband and I enjoy cooking and have made egg pasta, ravioli, bolognese and tiramisu at home but we still took away so many... More

I consider this class one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. William the chef has great skill and an even better sense of humor. We met some nice fellow travelers and enjoyed the night. He gave us cooking tips and made sure we all took notes. After we were done we went to tables in the alley and... More

We found the course on TripAdvisor and were pleased to discover it was still running in November, which according to the manager of our hotel would be hard to find at this time of year. The food was great and the chef was really nice and enthusiastic. We learnt to make egg pasta, meat sauce, ravioli, traditional meatballs, chicken scallopini... More
