We took a small boat, only about 12 people on it, which was just nice amount. Beautiful views and lovely seeing the blue grotto. Took two hours to get to capri, was lovely chilling on boat(make sure you have plenty of suntan lotion) then spent a few hours on Island, walking round shops, lunch and drinks. Then a leisurely boat... More

This is definitely one of the things that you should do if you are visiting Amalfi Coast. The tour was great ..very large boat.. we were 10 people on it with free soft drinks and beer. the captain ''Allesio'' was very nice and polite and he explained every spot we visited . we dropped off on Capri island for 3.5... With the "larger" boats full, we decided to take a private charter on an 8m Jeanneau runabout. Wasn't the cheapest option but in terms of experiences and memories, was incredible. Want to particularly commend Cristiano (our skipper). Not only was he knowledgeable and pointed out sights along the way, but the way he conducted himself was exemplary. He was extremely... More

Cristiano was our guide/skipper for the day... he was brilliant! Well informed and enthusiastic about what he was telling us. The was a total of 10 of us on the boat ... easily room for a few more. Drinks and towels were provided. I can't tell you how much our boys loved spending the day on the boat... to be... More

I could spend absolutely ages singing this companies praises; from Carmen who handled our booking, to the guys who greeted us on the day and of course our tour guide for the day. I highly recommend going on a tour with this company to spending the whole day learning about all the different towns on the Amalfi Coast and the... More

We loved it! We choose for the excursion on a luxery boat with not more than 12 persons and we had a whole day tour. It was worth the money! Capri itselfs was very touristic and crowdy, so 4 hours on the island was a littlebit too long. I prefer the boat and swimming. The cave was closed as the... More

The trip to Capri has to be done while you're on the Amalfi coast. The boat trip from Amalfi is pleasant, not so good if it's a bit breezy as it gets a bit choppy. Full of boutiquey shops. Great for fashionistas. Pricey though - as you'd expect. Large selection of eateries although all quite densely packed in.

We took a day-long boat excursion with La Boa boat tours from Praiano to the island of Capri. It was 60 euros per person, and well worth the price. There were only 10 people on the boat, and our captain/guide stopped many times to get close to the grottos and twice for swimming. It's the best way to get to... More
