Gerry clearly knows how to welcome in tourists and make them feel at home. The service and atmosphere makes you want to come back every night. It is in a great location, and offers decently priced drinks and dining. Would definitely go back to this family run pub and would recommend to anyone

Gerry has his bar in the most spectacular location. If you wonder into this pub, in the square of Pogerola, you will see the views of Ravello, Scala and Maiori. There is a hotel nearby that accomodates English tourists but Gerry is at his best when singing Napolitan tunes.. His son is my son's friend and the litle square hosts... More

Returned today from a week staying at the Excelsior Hotel. The food there was poor so on a recommendation from another guest we walked up to Gerry's every evening. What a wonderful family run establishment. The food was excellent, of value and Mine Host something else. The views from the terrace staggering. Gerry made our holiday a complete success.

we recently visited Amalfi for a family wedding and ventured up to Gerry's Pub near the end of our week (we were in the Excelsior Hotel). Gerry is a good guy and he makes you feel at home. Wished we would have gone up there earlier in week but it was great on the 2 nights we went in. Sorry... More

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Exhelsior Amalfi from May 26/13 to the 29/13 and walked up to Gerry's pub for dinner one evening. The view from the deck was breathtaking and the food was delicious (as was the house wine)!! While we were there we met a couple from England who raved to us about Gerry's hospitality... More

Had a lovely family meal at Gerry's. Customer service was very good and we felt well looked-after. Prices reasonable too.

Was staying in Amalfi for a week and had to see Gerry's bar in Pogerolo for myself following all the excellent reviews on TA. Well, all I can say is the reviews are true. Gery is the perfect host and my wife and I had an excellent lunch on the terrace taking in the splendid vistas and soaking up the... More

I visited Pogerola with my mother and we went to Gerry's 3 times. It was sooo fun!! Lots of wine and music courtesy of Gerry. He will happily sing anything you request (I recommend 'Thats Amore' by Dean Martin) and will make sure you have a fantastic time! He will also drive you home with no charge! Thoroughly recommend and... More

If you want to get away from the noise and chaos of Amalfi, take the Sita bus up the hill to Pogerola. 2.50 euros and the trip takes about 15 minutes. Go to Gerry's Pub for lunch or dinner. I had lunch out on the verandah and it was so quiet and peaceful. Spectacular views of Villa Cimbrone and Ravello.... More

My friends and I stayed in Pogerola and found Gerry's Pub to be our home away from home. Gerardo and Silvana have created a multifaceted business on top of the hill that provides something for everyone. You can expect a delicious home cooked romantic Italian dinner if you desire. A perfect and relaxing lunch. A place to relax with a... More
