Albula and Bernina railways are parts of the Rhaetian railway and is a UNESCO Heritage that moves! A single track railway passes through 55 tunnels and over 196 bridges and viaducts (and what viaducts they are!) is considered a masterpiece of... More

Although part of a package, the staff treated us like any other passenger and shook hands as we left...that's a first! Best trackside scenery ever with lots of snow capped peaks.

A magical experience through the alps from Tirano to St Moritz. Very comfortable carriages with large windows designed for scenic travel.
