get there with time, with your camera, and with some cravings. Perfect place to try a variety of local things, from ortxatas, olives, to wines and cheeses

The huge selection of stalls is amazing, with everything so fresh. The building alone is worth the trip and the atmosphere inside terrific. Watching the local people bargaining for their fruit and veg was great fun. Wish we could have brought home some of the massive selection of hams and cheeses plus the local wines which were very good and... More

A foodie's dream. An abundance of riches. A food market paradise. Heaven. I try to visit every day if possible. Enough said.

Loads of interesting stalls with plenty of tasty food, interesting architecture and hustle and bustle. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful fruit, veg, spices, fish, jamon etc etc - just delightful to wander around even if you don't buy anything. Finish with something to eat at the bar in the centre- worth a wait for a seat.

This market is amazing! It's basically a huge farmers market with a ton of fresh food! delicious! We walk there every other day in search of vegetables, meat, cheese, nuts, beer and wine. They even have an America booth to buy imported goodies (that I don't recommend= it's far too expensive).

The Central Market is worth at least one visit just to soak up the atmosphere. We often used to shop there. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and plentiful. The fish and meat is good. Prices are not dear and you can sit and have tapas and a drink during your visit.

Amazing architecture. Vendors inside providing all kinds of high quality food items. Arrive early. Closes at 2:30pm and Sundays. An experience of a life time just to wonder around visiting the different vendors.
