My expectations were low due to the mixed reviews on Tripadvisor - however it was fantastic! The costs are about 8.80 euros for around a 30-40 minute film. We watched a 2-D film and this was projected on a large scale across the hemispheric walls. The quality of the projection was fantastic and we got to see many of the... More

we saw the reef film at the Hemispheric but the picture was uncleared, the music too high and we couldn't hear our headphones. The pictures were nice and the message of the film sincere but we have seen better Imax films elsewhere and not so expensive as the ticket to the Hemispheric includes only one film.

This is an Imax like, in many ways, any other. I suppose therefore that this review is based more on the film we saw which was called Hidden Universe which was interesting. I think it was a bit expensive for a 30 minute film. Even so, it was a pleasant experience.

It was the only movie we were able to choose/see, as we were leaving town after. Adult 8,80 euro 40 min long The movie was not 3D, the speech was played through weird set of headphones. You don´t have them in or on your ears, they are around 2cm away from your ears, so you can also hear the music... More

If you want to be a part of Universe you should go and enjoy a movie at hemisphere. And also all buildings in the entire City of Arts and Sciences and the architecture is the most interesting we've ever seen.

Stunning building, absolutely love this whole area. It's just so pretty and there's some activities outside in the water like rubber balls and kayaking. We went to the hemisphere to watch the universe documentary and I did enjoy it. I wish I could have saw the 3D dinosaur one though! It's worthwhile to go and see it, even if you... More

It's a beautiful building and the architecture is the most interesting we've ever seen. Actually the entire City of Arts and Sciences can be characterized as futuristic. You will see the Hemisferic if visiting the City of Arts, buy it's not worth going inside. It's just a cinema after all on the inside.

Sphere-shaped beautiful building with largest IMAX screen in the Europe. Worth visiting if you purchased multi-ticket, otherwise I wouldn't spent my money on it separately.
