The garden layout is absolutely stunning, the amount of variety and views presented in such a relatively small space is breathtaking. Very much of the italianate form the footpaths wind through the garden showcasing the avenues of yew bushes surrounding formal rose gardens, avenues of trees providing surprise views of beautiful statues. The number of statues within the garden are... More

The Jardines de Monforte is a beautiful garden that is quite peaceful. My wife and I love gardens and we enjoyed seeing these gardens, which were very neat.

We had read about these gardens on Tripadvisor. What a lovely, peaceful place. There are beautiful statues and neatly manicured gardens and sculpted hedges. It is free to enter and very well cared for. Well worth a visit. There are also benches to sit and contemplate. Well worth a visit and so much better than the Botanic Gardens, which we... More

What a beautiful and special oasis. Tucked between modern apartment blocks this is a surprising retreat. We were lucky to be the only visitors so had the whole garden to ourselves. Very well maintained, some awesome views down trellised walkways of bougainvilleas, across manicured hedges and classical statues, and onto ponds and small gardens. There's a ruin folly to climb... This is a fairly small ornamental garden hidden away near the Museum of Fine Arts (Belles Artes) and the Royal Gardens (Jardin Real). It's lovely with well-tended displays of roses, climbing plants on an extensive pergola and mature and interesting species of trees. There are plenty of benches to sit on, usually strategically placed in the shade. There is a... More

Wonderful gardens. Not that many people go there which is greay for those that do as they are well tended. Sit in a shady place and enjoy the plants

Up the way from the Jardines de Real, this is a wonderful calm oasis in the city. Only about an acre in size, nevertheless the arches, beds, statues and trees blend well together. Take a Kit-Kat and have a deserved break. More than a few kissing couples hidden in the undergrowth.

These historic gardens are as simple and elegant as any you can find in a residential area. The adjacent building is used for civil weddings. Many brides and grooms come to the gardens for their pictures as the setting is very romantic with trellises and arches of flowers and cypress trees throughout the many sections. If you have trouble finding... More

This garden is small but it sure looks great! Plus is well maintained! I used to come here with friends just to walk around or have lunch. If you are in Valencia with enough time you should visit! It's pretty here!!

Not many people know this garden, hidden a stone's throw from the old river bed. Small, leafy, cool. Well cared for and decorated with plenty of lovely statues. Not a place you would drive a long way to visit, but if you're nearby, well worth a visit.
