We weren't talking a train anyway but it's well worth visiting for the murals. They're beautiful and very Spanish. And....it's free

This is such a beautiful structure. Spain has such incredibly beautiful train stations! If you are interested in really gorgeous buildings, this is for you.

Lovely old train station that is easy to include in a walking tour of Valencia. Ceramic tiles in vivid colours are partly also reliefs. Well preserved.

This is a very spacious station , with plenty of seats for the passengers waiting to catch a train. It is very clean , with plenty of services such as a cafeteria , stores, and clean bathrooms. There are always 2 or 3 police officers patrolling around, which make the passengers feel very safe . I took several trains departing... More

Valencia's north station is beautifully ornate, with fabulous ceramic tiles. Not only that but the service is very efficient. We travelled to Gandia, which is about an hour away and the train was cheap and on time. I would recommend anyone to use this service. There is a very good left luggage office which we used before catching our flight... More

Us Brits tend to think we are the best at so many things and we are. However, when it come to public utility buildings we are often trumped by others. This station is huge it is clean and well organised. Outside there were 74 taxiis waiting to whisk you off to your destination. The major disappointment was the Tourist Information... More

A beautiful old building, outside it is decorated in an extremely ornate way you would not expect it to be a station. It is situated next to the bull ring on the edge of the old part of town.Even if you do not arrive in Valencia by train it is certainly worth a visit.

The architecture is interesting and there is a little room set aside on the right hand side as you enter that displays highly decorative mosaics (picture below). Only reason I write the review is... Unless you understand the Spanish train system I'd suggest going to the ticket office as when we were looking for a train to Barcelona we weren't... More

The main railway station in Valencia.A big old building with interesting architecture. But is just a train station and I don't see any reason to get there unless you have to take the train... Across the street is a bullring.

What a stunning building and so well maintained. The front of the station is beautiful and inside so many features have been retained. Evocative. Romantic. Unmissable.
