Me encantan todas las cosas que han puesto para que te diviertas en el paseo. Hasta puedes hacer gimnasio. I love all the little things they've added to make the walk more fun. You can even exercise on the route (besides walking and jogging).

A unique park in Valencia´s old river course-way: the river was redirected after floods in the 50s. If you have not been to Valencia this is a good way to see the Ciudad de las Ciencias, then jog towards the medieval area passing the concert hall and Bellas Artes museum. There´s a good children´s play area (Gulliver) en route. There... More

Fantastic gardens, We’re certainly very happy that plans for a highway were dropped and that Valencians decided to create a lush sunken garden.

Once in Valencia, make sure you visit this unique place, which used to be a river. With or without dogs / children / bike / picnic basket / inline skates, I am sure you'll enjoy it!

I simply love this place in Valencia! you can find your spot to read a book, enjoy the nature and take a breath from the city life. This is also a great place if you want to practice sport.I suggest to reach the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias by walking here.

This used to be a river, but following a flood in the 1950s the river was rerouted and this was turned into a park. It's a fabulous place to walk, maybe a little shabby in places but a real find so close to the city.

The old river bed in Valencia was turned into a park after the river was diverted in 1957. It runs in a semi-circle around the top half of Valencia from the Biopark all the way down to the City of Arts and Sciences. It is effectively the city's playground with lots of facilities for sports at the west end, and... More

Wonderful park on an ancient river bank. Lots to see and do! I just wish there was a little more lighting at night, and in some areas they seem to have abandoned the water fountains...
