Santiago Calatrava certainly has done his hometown proud with the incredible designs he created for the City of Arts and Sciences. The buildings are stunning and in dramatic contrast to the old world colonial designs found throughout Spain. There are so many spectacular photographic angles that you can fill up a photo card and still not feel as if you've... More

Amazing buildings and places. The park near is great too, but avoid it in the former afternoon. Try absolutely kayaking and water-balling in the pools, it's fantastic.

It was my first stay in Spain and I have to admit that Valencia is a lovely city. Really nice by sun set! The City of the Arts and Sciences is so great to walk and I enjoyed all the different views from so many angles. There were many interactive activities available for kids, so I'll defintely return with them.

After visiting Spain for several weeks and enjoying the lovely old world charm, it was such a surprise to see this architectural marvel of a totally different flavor! Avoid Spain during the heat of the Summer!

Ambitious project with interesting design. Take some time to read the guidebooks (or have a guide) to get the most out of this visit. Probably worth 1-2 hours unless you have a particular interest.

Beautiful buildings with some great stories about the architecture. The science centre is also really educational so great for adults and children. It would be a great place to take some lunch and sit on the grass admiring the buildings!
