Come to the city where birds swim under water. And you take a step and advance 10,000 years. It’s a city where you never grow and you always learn. And you can cross the Atlantic surrounded by sharks. In my city you can almost reach out and touch the stars. And you can go a walk under the sea. And find yourself in a wood. And dance with dolphins. Yes, this city exists.

Really enjoyed the visit to science museum and aquarium. Really hands on in the science part and the sharks part was amazing. Ate in the aquarium part and it was amazing (seafood linguine) Have to say I felt uncomfortable in the Antarctic part as the animals looked depressed as they did not have enough space.

All over Europe, things are closed on Sunday and we are always looking for things to do. Plan ahead, get picnic provisions on Saturday, and spend Sunday like the Spaniards -- strolling the parks around the City of Arts and Sciences and nibbling on your culinary finds! Oh, and don't miss the children's play area!

Being lovers of modern architecture, this place blew us away (so much so we visited twice during our time in Valencia). Beautiful, interesting, uber-stylish. We visited on very hot sunny days, and as the buildings are white and covered with shiny mosaic tiles the centre is kept cool while you explore the site. The buildings are surrounded by large expanses... More

Great architecture and very spacious. Kids love the place because they can touch and experience all kind of things. Unfortunately most is in spanish so not exactly tourist friendly. But a good place to spend some hours on a rainy day.

Worth a visit just to walk rund the extensive site as it looks stunning both day and night. The buildings on site are each very different and it isn't until you see an ariel shot of the site that you realise that the whole complex looks like a fish with each building addiings its shape to the whole.

It's quite out of the way and expensive. Not really my cup of tea. Nothing really interesting although the structure itself is quite a sight. Would not recommend.

parabolas abound in this remarkable collection of bold looking buildings! More here than you would imagine, signature look of modern Valencia.

The City of Arts and Sciences is a magical place. I was really impressed! Architecture is really amazing and stunning. The Oceanographic, the largest aquarium in Europe, is structured really well. Each wing is found a different marine area: Ocean, Mediterranean, Red Sea, Arctic and Antarctica. The Science Museum is very interesting. The Hemispheric, a cinema screen ball that gives... More

Who thought this monstrosity was a good idea? It's ugly and it's not holding up very well. If you visit Valencia, a beautiful city, you kinda hafta see it. But I thought it looked like a movie set from a bad sci-fi movie.
