Come to the city where birds swim under water. And you take a step and advance 10,000 years. It’s a city where you never grow and you always learn. And you can cross the Atlantic surrounded by sharks. In my city you can almost reach out and touch the stars. And you can go a walk under the sea. And find yourself in a wood. And dance with dolphins. Yes, this city exists.

Underrated especially if you like science

The IMAX theater was incredible and the architecture was out of this world. If you like science, this is the place to be.

As we approached this site it reminded us of the film Jurassic Park - the remains of a gigantic monument to hubris, almost deserted, in unlikely surroundings. The buildings are large and ambitious but either unfinished or already in decline. Several of them were already under repair, with bits of mosaic being chipped off and falling into the water features.... More

This is a fantastic centre. We visited the science museum and oceanografic and had a great time. The only complaint was that we also booked tickets for the hemesferic but this was cancelled on the day as the building was being cleaned. I can't now obtain a refund either as they haven't replied to my emails and their customer line... More

Wow what an area. Such huge buildings which look fab while walking around exploring Valencia. They are all centred in one place and make the walk onwards towards the centre very interesting. Definitely worth a visit.

The "City of the Arts and Sciences" was the most impressive display of modern use of architecture! Would love to see it in the night! The Science Museum was fun and exciting!

Take some time to visit one of the most breathtaking architectural zone of Europe. They really dare here. Nice, modern, taste full ... And almost no visitor in the middle of the last week of May .

The park is unique with it's futuristic buildings looking like from another planet, definitely a place to visit once you're in Valencia.Don't bother to see the museum, because it not worth to see, maybe go to the oceanografic.Perfect place if you like photography

Great architecture, fun to just walk about and take pictures. Explanations in English. Get there by walking through the Rio Turia gardens, which are amazing and an asset to the city.

I love Valencia in Fallas time with its fireworks, music, colour, gaiety, visiting its many monuments, Central Market (five minute walk from hotel Venecia) inspecting the many "fallas" around and near by,drinking Horchata in Santa Catalina horchateria, eating Churros con Chocolate in Corte Inglés Cafeteria. And of course the daily Mascletas (fireworks) during Fallas festivities at 2 pm. = OLÉ!!
