This Cathedral is well maintained and has very clean sight lines. I think the difference between this and others I've seen in Spain is that the choir seats are inset in the back of the alter, and the alter is pulled forward (so if you are attending mass, you can surround the alter on 3 sides). This makes for a... More

The visit to the Cathedral of Valencia is recommended and do not forget to climb the tower (209 steps) for a beautiful view of Valencia.

There are many more cathedrals to visit in Spain and this one can be skipped. Not interesting or special enough. Highlight (not included in the entrance fee) is mounting the bell tower for a fantastic view of the old center off town.

The visit of the Cathedral was a very pleasant one.The audioguides gave us the exact amount of information that we needed about the building. Don't miss Michael's tower! You receive the information about it through the audioguide and you have to buy an extra ticket ( 2 EUR ), but after climbing the 206 steps you are rewarded with a... More

The cathedral has a nice entrance. The best 360 degrees view of the whole Valencia you can get it if you climb up the stairs of El Miguelete.

I think that the Cathedral of Valencia is a must see because it is quite beautiful. The chapels are something to see. The Chapel of the Holy Grail is specially interesting. There are also two Goya paintings at the back of the church. It is worth paying the entrance fee to see everything in the church.

The Cathedral is absolutely beautiful and humbling. When you in get an audio set as it explains everything as you go round . The Cathedral is a must for photography enthusiasts. It is filled beauty and splender as well as history. For those with a bit more energy you can take the stairs up the bell tower for a panoramic... More

I didn't go inside but it was very busy in the surrounding areas. Lovely bars and cafes outside the cathedral and if you don't want to go inside its definitely worth going to absorb the atmosphere outside.
