BIOPARC VALENCIA is a unique zoo. Its design employs the “zooimmersion” concept, in which visitors are surrounded by meticulous recreations of the natural habitats being presented. Social animals that live together in groups are displayed, as well as groups of different species that coexist in the same habitats. Predatory species are integrated into the visual space, but are separated from other species by barriers invisible to the eye of the visitor, ensuring the safety of both the animals and the people. The animals, vegetation and landscape provide opportunities for discovering the complexity of natural ecosystems.

Went to the bioparc and if you are visiting valencia its more then worth a visit. The best zoo we have been to, the animals are not really caged up. The enclosures are really open and the giffaes come right up to you. You are not allowed to take your own food in, but we took bottles of water, make... More

Best zoo where I've been. Bioparc is very naturalistic and there is lots of exotic animals. The cafe was amazing - where else you can enjoy your cafe three metres away from giraffe.

If you like zoo or animal then Bioparc is definitely worth visiting. The concept is very different from most zoo. They have the safari concept where most of the animal is not caged. There is a bird show around noon and various animal feeding time. The animal feeding wasn't that great but the bird show is worth watching. Getting to... More

The original river kept overflowing, and after the last disastrous flood the river was re-rooted and this garden replaced it. The plants and trees are beautiful, and it's like being in a quiet place in the middle of a city. Rent a bike and travel around!

This place is definitely worth a visit. You get to see animals in their "natural" environment and from really up close.

We had a fantastic day here and really enjoyed seeing all the animals and the habitats they created for them, most of the animals were easily seen from one point or another and all seemed very happy! The one thing that I was a little unhappy about was that on entering the park we were asked if we had any... More
