located on the headland, above the harbour near to the tourist information office. This is a beautiful church worthy of a visit for its tranquility and beauty. It has just held its 275 anniversary.

lovely ornate church near the point of benidorm. Ignore the beggars on the way in, there is no charge for visiting the church. The inside is amazing, there are several paintings and sculptures. The only negative is the "fake candles" i would have preferred to light a tea light in memory of my loved ones and paid a euro.

Inside the paint work is so decorative. There's a small Chapel inside dedicated to the Virgin del sufragio. Again all beautifully painted.. you can go and light a candle if you wish.. although i didnt like that it was electronic candles..

A small ornate Roman Catholic Church well worth a short visit and a few moments of quiet contemplation. There are beggars at the main entrance, whether or not you ignore them, as others have suggested, I'll leave to your own conscience. The only negative, and this purely a personal viewpoint, was the "electric candle" machines. Perhaps I'm too much of... More

This small church on the hill overlooking Benidorm was recently renovated and is beautiful inside. Worth a short visit. Watch out for the beggars at the entrance to the church. Ladies sell souvenirs inside - some nice crucifixes to buy to help church funds.

We joined our Animacion Team on a tour of the Old Town and they took us into the Catholic Church which I am glad we didn’t miss seeing. There is a lovely altar and side chapels. It is up a slope from where the shops are or up some steps from the Poniente Beach side with some really nice views.... More

When we was wandering along the beach below (levante) we heard this church bell chime so we found it tucked away in the old town near the headland. We were amazed at how beautiful and quiet it was inside we loved just siting quietly here listening to the slight organ music. Theres no charge to enter here ignore street beggars... More

A beautiful church with a number of side chapels.Entry is free though beggars may be at the door. The serene atmosphere is spoilt though by people using large cameras despite many signs asking you not to use them. A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the resort.
