Atmosphere was so tranquil and restful, as many churches in Spain Italy and France. It was especially touching to see the crucifix on Maundy Thursday. A memory I will always treasure

A little oasis in the middle of Benidorm. They played Ave Maria as I walked in. Broke down and cried. I had just lost my mother, found peace. This moment meant a lot to me. Inside is beautiful, little statues here & there. Small but quaint. I will always remember, this little fishermen's church.

An iconic symbol of Benidorm with it's beautiful blue tiled dome. Nothing much to look at otherwise. In fact a rather drab building. The inside of the church is spectacular if access can be gained other than at service times. Seems to be almost permanently CLOSED. Very disappointing when the climb up to the church is all for nothing! RITA... More

The church is situated in the beautiful square at the top of old town. This means it is at the top of a steep hill or steps for anyone with walking difficulties, although a slightly less steep route can be taken through the narrow streets of old town. The views of both Levante and Poinente beaches are stunning from the... More

The church is at the junction of the Levante and Poniente beaches. The views from the headland are stunning anytime of day. Take the time to sit and have a cold drink or a coffee at the café next to the church and also if you go at night look at the little craft stalls set up on the point.... More

This is a beautiful little church in the Old Town up near the castle. Music plays as you sit and admire the lovely decor and sometimes there are some people on hand selling religious objects. It is definitely worth a visit even if only for a few minutes of peace in our busy lives.

Lovely building and beautiful inside, just a shame that none of the icons, etc have their info printed in English
