This was the headquarters of the priests. It is situated within the main commercial areas for those times. It has an entrance courtyard which goes to the temple. It is very richly decorated with marble. Parts of the floors are preserved. There are cabinets showing different pieces of pottery etc. and also coins.

A great day out, takes about 3 hrs in total to view the four sites on a saver ticket currently 38 euros for a family of four. Just amazing to see.

Well worth exploring. Lots of steep walking. Take water and wear tennis shoes. They do not allow camera bags inside and you must check them at the entrance.

This is a very interesting museum, but check the opening times before you plan your day. You may be there when the Roman Centurion is on duty. Don't forget to say 'AVE' (Hi).
