A pretty good zoo with some fabulous animals. I am not a fan of zoos, but I love animals, I spent a lot of money to visit Madrid just to go to the zoo and it was worth the trip. Some of the animals could use larger enclosures, but for the most part, there were good clean enclsures and adequate... More

Great zoo, €22 each to get in and easily found from the closest metro station which is called casa de campo. The zoo itself is very big with lots to see including regular 30 minute shows showcasing the amazing animals there. We saw the dolphin, bird and seal shows which were great! They also have brown bears and a colonel... More

This zoo is a nice park. All paths are really nice. There are some rare animals, like panda's, but some of the animals are suited really small. So overall the zoo is ok and you can spend a day look at all the animals, but it isn't the best zoo i have ever seen (and i have visited a lot... More

This was the best zoo I have ever been to. Great dolphin show and its huge. So many animals to see. Make sure you put aside a whole day, we only had about 3 hours which definitely wasn't enough.

We have visited this zoo on a trip to Madrid. I don't particularly like zoos, I tend to find it cruel to animals, however my boyfriend is very keen on them so we gave it a try. The first problem we encountered was to find the place. We were led into thinking from guidebooks and maps that the zoo was... More

My family and I like to try and visit a zoo wherever we go and this one certainly did not disappoint! The zoo is a very decent size and also gives the option to hire a motorised buggy to transport yourself around the zoo which I found very helpful indeed as it was a blistering hot day and after quite...
