When I went to this zoo with my 9 year old son, we had to pay 44 euros to get in. Since it was lunchtime, we went to the snack bar and my son ate a stale, day old sandwich. When we went into the zoo we were unimpressed by the lack of space that the animals had. Most animals... More

The most thing I like is the activities you can do with some of the animals , feeding goats & flamingo and contact with them . also ypu can throw the nuts to the monkies and watch them fighting and eating. also I like the dolphin show and other shows but it could be better. however we spent a very... We are glad to enjoy your visit. In facilities like small farm, for children 4 to 12 years, or the lake of flamingos is possible to approach the animals but it´s not possible to throw peanuts and monkeys that have their own diet. However, optional activities through educational guides such as face to face with dolphins is a good way... More

Dear visitor, we are glad that your visit has been nice. We appreciate your assessment about your fantastic day and could meet our family of panda bears and her cub. We regret the inconvenient kiosk about restaurants. Throughout the park, there are different restaurants with a wide variety of options. When you start the tour, we recommend consulting all schedules... More

It's an OK zoo. Some of the larger animals don't seem to have enough space. The highlight was the red pandas and the giant pandas. Quite a good dolphin show and seal show. I think you need to purchase online a few weeks in advance to get value. We paid on the gate as we didn't know when we were... More

Thanks for sharing your experience about giant panda and red pandas. We recommend to purchase online in advance to get discounts of more than 25 % in the general ticket price and great advantages in the online menu. Kind regards. More

I actually spent my Birthday here at Madrid Zoo. Its a very easy metro ride out to the zoo and another 10 minute pleasant walk to the entrance. Its extremely popular with both the tourists and locals. We fed the flamingos straight away and it was great to have such close interaction with them. They have a very different approach... More

Dear visitor, thanks for choosing that special date to share it with us. Happy Birthday! There are two areas in Madrid Zoo Aquarium: the flamencos lake and the small farm where it is possible to feed them with feed that is sold exclusively in this facility. During the rest of the tour, there are posters and signs with the behavior... More

Madrid Zoo is a great place to spend times with the kids. Animals are taken good care of. Pandas are the favorites here. Also don´t miss the Dolphin show. Parking can be a problem during vacations so its advisable to use public transport.

Our main mision is the conservation of our species and animals wellbeing, that is why we appreciate your opinion. About the public parking that is next to the Zoo, it has limited spaces, so in the highest season we recommend public transport to get to Zoo Aquarium, both the metroline 10, which stops only 900 meters away from the park... The zoo was fun, right from the beginning. We took the easy Metro ride and walked a way to the gates, not too long and through the park. A very big attraction is the giant pandas. We saw three, the baby mom and dad. They can be inside or outside depending on weather but you can see them either way.... More

Dear Rebeca, we recommend public transport to get to Madrid Zoo Aquarium, both the metroline 10, which stops only 900 meters away from the park or the busline 33, which stops at the main park entrance. Actually, our Pandas family is composed of a couple and their baby that next 30th of August will be its first birthday. We recommend... More
