I set up a 3 hour tour of the Prado museum with this company and it was easy to do so by email. I had Irina as my tour guide. She was a good knowledgeable guide overall. However I frankly found some of her presentation to be missing the point of some of the artwork and rather one-sided. She seemed... More

Dear Loveeurope2 Thanks very much for your review in Trip Advisor. I would like to clarify some points that you have disliked of your private Prado Tour with Irina. Dear Loveeurope2, , generally, content of our private Prado Tours neither match with analysis of the museum artwork that you can find in Prado book guide, its captions, nor in other... More

We booked via this organization our museum tour for both the Prado as well as the Reina Sofia museum. Both guides, although different in style, provided us with a beautiful tour through Spain's rich history using the art as their guidebook. Interesting, thrilling details, which make the visit of the museum unique one, details that make you, look at some... More

Hernan met us on time at the foot of the Goya statue and whisked us through the queues into the Prado. We had bought our tickets in Madrid but online and went along the day before to see if we could get the printed version. Not possible and you need a printed version! So we got there early about 9:40... More

Dr. Satt was truly an outstanding knowledgeable guide. We benefited from his doctoral degree in history during three days of tours. We visited the Prado into separate visits which was very helpful as it is such a large overwhelming Museum The visit to the valley of the fallen was a very nice and interesting trip off the beaten path I... I've visited the Prado a few times before, but this was by far the best visit. Irina was knowledgable and entertaining. Highly recommended.

On September 30, my boyfriend and I spent a wonderful day in Toledo with Hernan. His depth of knowledge of the history of the city was impressive and insightful. He took us to areas away from the "tourist zones" and made the trip even more enjoyable than we could have hoped. A day spent with Hernan is worth every single... More

My tour with Herman was fantastic. I took the tour alone and initially was concerned if it would be worth the cost. It was worth every penny. I have a degree in and art and felt Herman brought the artwork we viewed in the Prado to life better than any former art history professor. He also is a charming companion... More

Thanks to Irina our first impressions of Madrid and the Prado were outstanding! She was so knowledgeable, personable and accommodating that we walked away with an understanding of Spain's history and how the artists figured into it during the Golden Age. We wished she could have continued to travel through Spain with us! Highly recommend!

Myself, my wife, and my father and his companion did a tour of the Prado- The Great Evolution- which shed a great deal of light on the history of Spain through the eyes of the amazing art on the walls. Irina was well spoken, charming, very knowledgeable, and invited questions. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, but especially... More

We had the pleasure of enjoying 2 tours with Mr Hernan Satt recently. We first had a private tour of the city and saw places that we might not have seen without Mr Satt including the Juan Carlos park. Mr Satt took us around the city including seeing the home of Real Madrid and the bull fighting arena . We... More
