My wife and I spent an amazing day in late May with Mr. Hernan Satt. We chose the half day Prada Museum tour combine with a half day trip to Toledo. Everything went perfectly. Mr. Satt's knowledge of the Prada and its paintings is truly amazing. As others have said, he brings these spectacular works of art to life. The... More

During two recent trips to Madrid, my husband and I enjoyed four different tours with art and history expert, Hernán Satt. Although we have visited the city many times before, Hernán's expertise, coupled with his engaging manner, showed us new ways of looking at some of our favorite works of art and architecture. We had such enjoyable experiences with him... More

A beautiful little castle and excellent tour guide, just make sure you have comfortable shoes on :) But this is my fault and not the tours ! The guides are very knowledgeable and happy to talk about other things along the tour which may not be officially on the tour. Great service highly recommended !

Our tour of the Prado with Mr. Hernan Satt was truly the highlight of our visit to Madrid. Hernan led my daughters, ages 19 and 21, through the Prado to view major works of art in a meaningful way. He combined stories and historical context with explorations of artistic techniques and perspectives. His knowledge of both the art and the... More

We have just returned from a family trip to Madrid. One of the highlights of our trip was a tour of Segovia and Avila with Madrid tours. Herman, our guide was not only very knowledgeable he was also very entertaining. He was incredible, our 5 children ranging in age from 25 to 28 years old,as well as my husband and... More

My wife and I have been blessed to visit many of the worlds greatest museums with guides well versed in the subject matter. Hernan Satt, our guide through the Prado and Madrid, was beyond compare. Large museums are often crowded and overwhelming, without much of the back story that provide life to the art. Mr. Satt provided detail, color and... More

Mr Herman Satt showed us and our 2 year old son not only the temporary exhibition on Rogier Van der Weyden in a comprehensive manner, as we requested. He also suprised us with the many secrets and stories behind the great Spanish painters present in the Prado Museum. An experience we will never forget.

As an art novice, I requested for a tour of appreciation at Prado museum. The art historian Mr Hernan Satt did a fantastic job of steering us through a maze of paintings. He explained the historical significance, the techniques and intricacies, style and evolution of painters. He was professional in his approach and made sure we grasped the ideas. Two... More

We asked to combine the "Evolution" Tour with the "Secrets" tour, and it was fantastic. Our guide, Beatriz, was so knowledgeable and friendly and took us to see all the wonderful paintings with ease. It is the best way to see a museum of this size and scope, especially if you don't have much knowledge of art history. This was... More
