By far the best food tour I've done in Europe. Drinks, food and information flowed freely. Taken by a local tour guide he took us to all his favourite food and drink places, some you would never visit as a tourist. We were well satisfied with plethora of food and drink provided. Highly recommended.

It was ok. Not superb, but not bad. We enjoy it enough. We recommend it, but the person who guided ys was not a professional sommelier. The wine wac very good. Its a class for beginners. Only for those who want to have a general idea about wine

This was one of the best nights or our 3 weeks in Spain. It probably helped that we ended up with a very fun group of twelve and the tour turned into a rolling party. But regardless of who you are with, this is an excellent tour. Our guide Ismael was funny and enthusiastic and it was obvious that he... More

This tapas tour was a great way to see and experience Madrid. The bars you go into are all unique and non-touristy. The food seemed endless and the wine as well. They are all very accommodating to any tastes and preferences you have!

My family went on a tapas tour in mid-May. The tour guide was incredibly informative about the food, wine, and history! This was hands-down my favorite outing in Spain!!!

There are literally hundreds of tapas and wine bars in Madrid, and we visited many over the four days we were in Madrid. Our most enjoyable evening, however, was the evening we spent with Ismael on the Tapas and Wine tour. Ismael took us to five different places, ordered food and wine based on the groups' preferences, and shared so... More

Thoroughly enjoyable experience discovering off the beaten track tapas bars, tasting local delicacies and wine, learning about the rich history of the city in a small group with an entertaining guide.

We had a great day touring local wineries with Gourmet Madrid. We met at 9:30 and boarded the bus to head south of Madrid to our first winery and were tasting wine before 11 am. We tasted more than 10 types of wine during the course of the day some tapped directly from the barrel. Lunch afterward was wonderful. I... More

We spent a wonderful day with Ismael touring 3 very different wineries. One very modern, one family owned with a marvelous art collection in its wine cave, and another smaller operation ran by a woman who also makes amazing olive oil. We were given generous samples and tapas along the way. The quality of the wines and the knowledge of... More

My wife and I booked the wine and Tapas tour prior to us heading to Madrid. Our guide Ishmael was awesome. He led us to some of the local tapas bars and introduced us to some local Spanish wines and very good Spanish cuisine. If you are a food enthusiast and look forward to HAVING A GOOD TIME this is...
