Cristina did a great job setting up our wine tours in La Rioja, Ribera del Duero and Priorat. Marina, Loreto and Rachel were all super knowledgeable about their regions, the wine, the history and the food. They arranged tastings and tours with vintners and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. I have already... More

It all starts with the company, I cannot say enough good things about Cristina and her company. You have many wine tour choices when visiting this beautiful region of Spain, Vintage Spain hit the mark. Our guide Enrique was awesome to hang out with for the day, he was very knowledgeable and seemed to have a passion for what he... More

A truly great country can truly be measured on how it stands the test of time in posterity. And the true characteristic of Spain is in its role as colonizer of the Americas(No. So. Cent.), the Caribbean and Africa. It gave its heritage, culture, language, religion and foods to indigenous peoples; quite an amazing feat of trade despite a bit... More

We booked a tour with Vintage Spain, taking a day out of our visit to Barcelona to explore the Priorate DO. Feliciano, our guide, was knowledgeable about not only the wines, but the history, culture of Catalonia as well as the sights along the way. Very friendly and entertaining. We visited Clos Mogador, had a lunch with wine pairings at... More

We spent a day with our guide Ismael doing the wine tour to Ribera del Duero. Loved the first winery in particular, as we got to walk through fabulous wine caves. The second was interesting about the care of the vines. Snacks served at both tastings. And then, the roast suckling lamb lunch--fabulous and so filling--don't eat all of the... More

Had a great tour with Pepe. Saw the magnificent windmills, had a great interaction on Spanish culture, history and even farming. Leaned about the great secrets of Manchego cheese and the winery or even how wild honey is harvested. Trip was made despite the short notice and tight schedule, Thanks to Christina!

What a special experience! From the time I inquired about a tour, we were taken care of so well - what type of experience did we want, what types of wines do we prefer, etc. They really wanted to customize our tour to us and provide us with the best experience possible. Our driver was waiting for us in the... More

Our group of four spent five days in Barcelona, which was great, but the highlight of our trip was the time we spent in the Priorat wine region. Our guide, Rachel Ritchie, was amazing ... she's British, so language was never a problem, but has lived in the Priorat for years and she's well versed in the local history through... More

Wonderful. It was great to see having recently been in Italy and Argentina to tour vineyards and Spain is right up there. It is a lovely getaway from the city.
