Loads of shopping, but I was surprised things closed so early on a Saturday and most closed on Sundays. One shop owner told me they pretty much only opened on a Sunday if a cruise ship was in port. But loads of pubs, shops along with other sites, as well as a lovely Catholic Church.

We went here nearly 10 years ago but it seems like only 10 years ago. Yes it is a memorable place because it is so English from the shops to the post box and all the uniforms of officials. We were on holiday in Spain like so many others who took the opportunity to visit this vistage of the Empire.... More

Gets extremely busy, especially when a cruise ship docks. Ideal for tax free alcohol and cigarettes, watches and cameras.Plenty of bars and places to eat.

Little Britain.... Whilst Spanish residents don't see eye to eye with Gibralter on many aspects... It always fascinates me to see so many Spanish tourists in Main Street on "red days" taking selfies in front of post boxes and telephone boxes and all other quentisentialy British icons and stores..... Lots to see from top to bottom... Casemates square a good... More

I couldn't believe it's British until I saw fish&chips menus everywhere passed by 'boots' and 'marks &spencer'. Climate and temperatures absolutely Spanish...so it's like Britain on holidays ..:)
