We did the 10 day self guided walking trip from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela with Camino Ways and couldn't be happier. They booked accommodation and organised luggage transfer and all we had to do was enjoy the walk. The luggage was always there waiting for us each day when we arrived. We had a mixture of hotels and country... More

I was very keen to have a Camino experience on my own, but nervous about the logistics. Camino Ways did a terrific job organizing my trip so that I had my solitary experience but with the security of knowing that I had very good organization and back-up in place. I was happy with all the places I stayed at and... More

I cannot speak highly enough of Camino Ways. From the very 1st contact I made with them they were prompt efficient, pleasant and helpful. All the notes and documentation arrived as scheduled. Once we actually began to walk we never had one problem with our luggage transport. Every time we arrived at our accommodation our luggage was there waiting for... More

There should be a better place to rate this company...they are not selling day tours in Santiago, but rather 6-35 day organized walks to get there. At any rate, I used Camino Ways for a trip in July, and found them EXCELLENT. It was an unguided walk with hotels, luggage transfer and some meals (breakfast incl, and an optional dinner... More

Walking the Camino is insperational and a journey to savor. The experience leaves wonderful memories. One surprise was that the walk had more hills than I had anticipated. However, take the journey if you can and are able. I made my reservations through the Camino Way. Richard especially was very responsive and always answered my emails and gave good directions.... My friend and I booked with Camino Ways to walk from Sarria to Santiago and we received an excellent service in a quiet efficient way as we choose not to have a guide. There were confusing messages on trip advisor about buses from Santiago airport to Sarria but Richard at Camino Ways advised me how/where to get the bus and... More

My husband & I went on the Camino Way this year in May 2014, organised by Camino Way, Half board & luggage transfer plus hotels. We just had a great time from start to finish, hotels were much better than we had expected, food was good in most places, luggage was alway there when we got to our hotel in... More

Just back from our Camino from León to Santiago. I have to say I had a brilliant experience in spite of this company. We had booked with Camino Ways as they seemed to have a really good reputation and we just wanted the whole organisational side of things handled by a so-called expert. There was also the reassurance of assistance... More

My husband and I with four good friends walked the Camino Portuguese Way from Tui to Santiago in May 2014. It was a most incredible journey and would highly recommend this scenic route. But I could not recommend the company "Camino Ways" who handled our organization and luggage. We seemed to be jinxed right from the start. I believe that... More
