2 hours guided visit (included in the ticket price, 10€). Their web page does not inform about it (just about 1 morning visit on weekends that must be booked beforehand), so it was a great surprise and very instructive. You can also visit on your own. There's a restaurant on the premises and nice sea view.

We always go the local aquarium when on holiday and this didn't disappoint. Easy to find, plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor exhibits, big tanks, variety of fish. Downside - nothing is in English (unlike other places we went) so limited engagement.

I went to the Aquarium Finisterrae in May 2012 with my friend. She doesn't like aquariums, but we agreed that in return for going there, I'd have to put up with her watching the Eurovision Song Contest. Really good aquarium, lots of interesting tanks with fish etc in them. My friend took great delight in pointing at clownfish and shouting... More

Good fish selection. Very interesting way to tell a story of ocean life. Cute seals at feeding time. Good ideea with the " fish theatre". Interesting quiz zone! No english translation and no indication for the tour. Good restaurant and coffee shop. Good suvenirs shop. Clean bathroom. Worth money and time!

Good value attraction - €10. It's set in a spectacular coastal setting. It apparently has the largest salt water tank in Europe - it was impressive, but not quite as spectacular as larger public aquariums elsewhere - Sydney, Cape Town etc. The seals were fun to see. No English translations on any of the exhibits. Lovely restaurant with beautiful views,... More

We decided to do onour own from a cruise. Walked to the tourist info, got the number 3 bus for 1 euro 27, and then 10 euros for the adults, less for us over and unders! So a great price when the ship charging a huge amount. We had about 4 hours there including lunch in the finisterrae restaurant. Everybody... More

I have been to many aquariums in different countries and on several continents, but the one in A Coruña was definitely the best of them. Clear explanations, great exhibits, many things to try out and activities for kids and grown ups. Alltogether a great experience.

After sightseeing A Coruna, we decided to spend some hours in the Aquarium. 10 EUR/ person is a fair price for the site however most of the attractions are only in spanish and galician language. There are a lot of attractions for kids and huge pools for the fishes and the octopuses. Unfortunately, the outer pool with the seals are... More
