Although the history of this household has some interest, the main part of the attraction appears to be 2 floors that house a huge doll collection - very much of interest for those that like that sort of thing, otherwise could be a little tiresome.

Lovely museum, lousy staff. This museum is like a time capsule, allowing one a glimpse into the past. Large collection of antique dolls. The guy at the front desk is a piece of work, rude and unhelpful. Given the state of the Spanish economy, he should be glad to have that job!

We arrived on recommendation to this museum. We walked into the lobby and went to the reception desk. The lady behind the desk ignored us standing there and continued to write on her IPAD. We stood there for about 60 seconds totally ignored. Absolutely the rudest experience I have had at a museum, in fact the only experience. Shocking!!

We went to a jazz concert in the garden on 9/9/14. €10 including a glass of cava. An hour's concert of traditional Catalan folk songs, with a jazz twist. Toe-tappingly marvellous! The building itself is beautiful both inside and out.

A secret courtyard garden in a beautiful building. An initmately small audience watching 3 opera singers singing arias on a warm evening with a glass of cava - just for an hour before strolling down the cobbled streets to find some delicious food. How perfect can you get?!

This quiet museum is one of 4 in the town, worth Look at the house and the doll collection. One of the guides there speaks English well and is happy to answer questions about the house and its history. 2 Of the museums are closed till next year so be cautious about the value of the multi site ticket.

We have been to sitges several times, but this was the first time we had a chance to visit the museu romantic and the first time i have encountered such and unintrested person on reception, when i asked was there a guided tour and how much it would be? i got a grunt and was told there was no tour... A cute little museum in a fabulous building provides a real insight into how rich people used to live in Sitges. On the day we went it was free - bonus! The only let down was the truly miserable staff! Get rid of the guy on reception and give the job to someone who actually deserves it!

We visited Sitges in October wary that this is the wettest month of the year and it fulfilled expectations. With two small girls in tow we had read about the doll collection here and decided to take the family for a visit. At 3.50 for the adults (children free) it didn't break the bank and we had the place to... More
