The Palau was built in the 1910's by a wealthy Americam. It has a beautuful exterior and impressive entrance. The rooms inside are richly decorated. The tour in English is on a Sunday at 11am and well worth getting up early to view it. The tour ends in the enclosed terrace at the top of the house with stunning views... More

We happened to be in Sitges over a holiday that allowed people to enter museums for free. If this was not the case we might not have gone and thank goodness we did, as it was truly beautiful. A great example of Catalan architecture.

The Cau Ferrat and Maricel Museums are a must!! Discover a unique story of Santiago Rusiñol, a modernist painter, Charles Deering, a wealthy American who with the wit of Miquel Utrillo made of this place a unique sensitive experience. The works of art belonging to the modernist and 'noucentista' periods are wonderful. But what you will love most is that... More

Besides an interesting museum; the view from several areas in museum were spectacular. The museum itself had an interesting array of items besides paintings and sculptures. Sets right on the edge of the water on the point. Really enjoyed this museum. We found someone working that spoke a little English too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this impressive collection. It gives one insight into the rich artistic movements in Catalunya throughout the ages. The building itself is an architectural jewel. A must while visiting Sitges.

Recently refurbished museum (2015) built on the cliffs of Sitges. Old and new married perfectly with the art collection housed in wonderful open rooms with glass walls facing onto the sea. Stunning! Very comprehensive collection of artefacts and paintings. Only downside is that the leaflets are all in Catalan and the films, in Catalan, don't have sub-titles. Had to do... More

Great place to visit, I wish you provide commentary in English instead of Catalan. I love the views from the building.
