I normally jump on a 'hop on, hop off' style bus tour in every new city I visit, it's a great way of becoming familiar with a new place. I found this tour poorly organized with rude staff on most trips. At one point, we queued for 50 minutes to get back on to a bus despite them running 'every... More

This is such a great was of getting around Barcelona!! It takes you everywhere you need/want to go, and the busses are so frequent, it's just great service! It cost roughly $80euro for two adults for two days, but I'm sure you can get it abit cheaper on line. There are three different routes you can take with this company,... More

Travelled on a bright sunny hot day. There's some great views and a very good tour around Barcelona. It's a pretty popular and well promoted attraction and can be difficult to get a seat up top. If you aren't worried about the top and wanted this service for getting around Barcelona there was always a seat downstairs in the air... More

Individual headsets and multiple language choices were good Doing all three routes in one day makes for a long day, especially if you get off at the popular spots!! Loved the info given, and the chance to look around while on the bus We went on a cloudy day which I think is best

My wife wanted us to take the bus tour since these have usually shown us things in other cities that we didn't know and helped us to get our bearings. However, in Barcelona we were a little disappointed and found the tour overpriced as well. Unlike some other reviewers we were able to hop right onto a bus and had... More

It has taken this bus tour for me to appreciate Barcelona more than i did. We visited the city as part of a cruise and caught the bus outside the port after purchasing our 24hrs ticket, your given a clean set of earphones, a map and some discount vouchers. As usual you could hop on/off at any point and even... More

There are two routes and unless there is something you really need to see I suggest going on the whole route and then change to the other. There is an excellent headphone commentary in a wide number of languages. When we travelled there were large crowds but there are a large number of buses so even tho the line is... More

Regular buses which stop off at all the major sites with a great audio guide as you drive around. Some reviews on here comment about the long waiting times however we had no problems and were able to most of the time get on the bus straight away. My only word of advice is to not get sucked into doing... More

We paid for one day and did the blue route which was about a 2 4/5 hour journey, you could get off the bus as many times as you like and get on a different route if you wish. It was excellent value and i enjoyed it very much that we decided to a different route the next day. If... More

Definitely worth the money. My boyfriend and I booked this online and we saw so much of Barcelona that we didn't even know existed. It's a big and beautiful city and this was the best way to see it all in a short amount of time. The audioguide is interesting and informative without giving so much information that you can't... Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
