We did this tour on July 3rd. It says 4 hours, but it's a bit less, because you have to get the bikes in the shop. You don't have to wear sneakers or hiking shoes, flipflops are no problem. We took the tour on June 1. Had a great time saw things we would have never seen otherwise and enjoyed the beach. Gave us a good start on our two days in the city. Not strenuous at all, but look out for the narrow streets and lots of people. Good times. more
