I had a walking tour with in the gothic quarter this weekend. It was a very interesting, and deep tour with lots of information about the City, and its long history. Andrei was a very knowledgable guide, who knew almost all the questions we threw at him, without any kind of aid, except a small book of photographs to illustrate... More

I took the "alternative" tour with Iosaf and it was eye opening.Walking through the streets with Iosaf's facts and stories led us to places that very few tourists, much less Spaniards, get to experience.

This was our first experience with "free" walking tours. Once we found the bar and meeting place we joined an interested group of international travellers. We really enjoyed the tour of the old city and decided to come back for the street art tour a few days later. Through our guide we also found out about a (paid activity) a... More

I like to take "free" city tours when visiting for the first time; an opportunity to get a perspective from an "insider". It seemed rather odd that we would meet inside a bar, so it wasn't until nobody showed up outside on time, that we discovered the guide having a pre-tour drink inside the bar as he waited for his... Our tour guide was very good and explained a lot of the history behind this part of the city. The tour was very organized. Totally recommend it. Take the walking tour... More

Our guide Joseph is a professional historian and shared very interesting stories. I've been in Barcelona for a few days and he showed us several places I hadn't seen or heard of yet. I thought this was a very good use of my time and a good value for a tip. It's clear that Joseph has done a lot of... More
