We had never heard of this tour company until the second day of our holiday. We found 'Colin' amassing a group of people near to Catalunya station. He took us on a well - informed tour of Gothic Barcelona and did so in a way that was informative as well as entertaining. We discovered lots about the history and traditions... More

In the afternoon I took a "free" tour and during the break I bought an evening Tapas Tour for 14 Euros. Had a different guide for the tapas tour and he did a great job of getting us to each of the 4 stops. Spent some more money on the tour for extra tapas or drink but worth every penny.... More

We decided at the last minute to join the 11:00 tour and easily found them in the plaza behind the KFC off the Rambla. Great background tour with many history tidbits to understand the region and formation of Spain. Tour is 'free' in that it is up to you to decide what it is worth to you so be fair... More

Helen was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave a great walking tour. I enjoyed it so much that I joined her modernist tour later in the day.

Prior to my 3 week cruise vacation, I filled out reservation form for 4 people for Nov 3rd, Saturday. During my cruise, I didn't receive any confirmation so I sent an email requesting spot for 4 people. Week later when my cruise ship docked in Barcelona, my friends and I proceeded to meeting point. We waited good 30mins then we... More

I have tried to make a booking with them prior to my trip, but had no reply about any confirmation/ booking not successful. So we thought we would just turn up at the meeting point and join them if there are empty slots. We were 15 minutes at the Liceu Opera House, met a few other people who were in... More

I have read other reviews telling of problems with this tour. I made reservations and communicated several times with them before our trip to Barcelona. On our tour day, we were very jet lagged and over-slept and we did not have time to cancel. Later in the day we got a very nice e-mail from the tour organizers asking about... More

Two previous trip advisor members have reported on the failure of this organisation to run its advertised tours, and now it's happened to us. We turned up on spec outside the Licieu opera house, and were encouraged to find two other people waiting who had e-mailed to reserve places. At 10.15 we all gave up waiting for the 10.00 tour.... Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
