Great spot for kids!

Our kids, ages 9-14, had a blast here. They were very entertained by all the magic tricks they saw, and they loved buying 'tricks' to play on their adults.

We went here with our two young boys ages 8 and 5 because they love magic. We saw Mag Marin in Broadway and even though they couldn't understand anything, they loved the show. The tricks were fantastic and the showmanship with music, lighting and props was excellent. We were at first disappointed because we went to the address for the... More

This museum is affiliated to the oldest magic shop in the world. There are lots of artefacts and vintage posters to inspect and of course the opportunity to see a magic show in the intimate 100 seat theatre. If you like magic and then this experience will already be on your "to do" list – if you don't like magic... More

Staying in El Born / La Ribera

Neighborhood Profile
El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighborhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
