Having read a few less favourable reviews amongst the many very positive ones I wasn't entirely sure how our visit would go. As part of a package holiday we had pre-booked priority seating and hearing people talking about 90 minute, even 2-hour wait for a table I'm glad we did. We were seated almost immediately. Priority seating can be booked... More

We have been to HRC in many places and although they don't live up to the hype as far as I'm concerned, this one has to be almost one of the worst I've been in. We were told we would have a 90 minute wait for a table which we accepted and were asked to go to the bar downstairs... More

We pre-booked the "Stairway to Heaven" set menu. This was very good value for money. Unfortunately was let down by the extremely slow service, and serving people on our table and leaving others out of their meals for so long that most people had finished. Food was tasty though.

It was nice to see a piece of home and it was extremely busy in the middle of the day. The food was good and the waitress spoke English because she was from Ireland.

It was good food proportions considering it was expensive. The waiter was awesome and so was management who came over to talk to us. They were very warm and inviting and it was a pleasure being here. The food is good, nothing crazy. What you'd expect from an American restaurant. The vanilla milkshakes are to die for so it you... More

It's crouded and chaotic. We ordered two beers and two mils shakes. Om top of the Millk shake was whipped creame. The whipped creame seems to come from a can, because is was sour as when you haven't cleaned it since last use. It was very expensive, but that you know when you visit a Hard Rock Cafe. We have... Went here with my boyfriend for our last meal in Barcelona. It is a pretty busy restaurant so allow yourself 30-45 minutes to wait for a table. Atmosphere was amazing, food was delicious. We ordered awesome nachos as appetizers and for our main meal a triple cheeseburger and ribs. Definitely recommend it!!!!

Disappointing, we pre-booked with Expedia and found out that the only advantage was not lining up...treated like garbage put by the kitchen and offered a set menu with limited choices suited to a child. When the desert came...A little tub of ice cream and I mean a little tub of frozen ice still in the tub with a spoon, we... More
