The aquarium was nice to see. Clean - easy to follow exhibits - and the canteen was good quality food. The Nescafé Milano coffee was good to have.

We enjoyed our afternoon at the aquarium. It was nice to see all of the sea life varieties that are in the Mediterranean around Barcelona. My daughter (aged 15) and I both enjoyed our visit to this aquarium. Also the area around the aquarium is beautiful and interesting to see. It is close to the venue where the Barcelona Summer... Said to be the largest in Europe with a lot of activities. Spent more time in the ticket line (45 minutes ) than inside. Expensive. Spend the time at La Rambla instead, save the money and visit the aquarium in Lisbon instead which strangely is much larger and entertaining/interesting

We went to the aquarium this afternoon. This was after a recommendation from another contributor. The experience lasted 1 1/2 hours looking in various tanks with lots of different species of fish and corals. You initially walk through and see various tanks until you reach the moving travelator where you move along the tube seeing various fish including the white... More

The aquarium is OK but far too many people allowed in at same time and far too much space allocated to merchandising that could and should have been made to more displays to justify the entrance charge. Having to queue to get in and then queue AGAIN so have your photo taken (hoping they would get even more money from... More

Not a bad place to take young children. Plenty for them to see. The Tunnel was pretty cool. But @ 20 Euros, I expected more.

The acquarium will surely catch your attention in Barcelona. In case, you don't have any plans to visit Oceanographic in Valencia then you may check this out. Its nice in its own way. Enjoyed it but nothing compared to what Oceanografic is for people. It is not vast but moderate and will be delight to kids and adults too.

We were told that this aquarium was one of the best in Europe. We decided to take this visit, but to be honest, it is just average. If your kids really like sea life, or if it is rainy, go ! otherwise, you might want to try something else in barcelona

Amazing place! You can walk for hours and still fun. Lots of fish including sharks - very impressive! Highly recommended to visit the place!

The tanks were clean & well stocked, the tunnel through the tank was fairly impressive but I have never seen such depressed penguins. They are probably picking up a vibe from the visitors who have just realised you don't get much for your ?20
