Take the railway line L7, than a few stops with BUS no.196 and climb with tram to the top of the Tibidabo mountain. When you reach the top you will be smashed with astonished view of Cathedral until you return around yourself. When you turn around yor eyes will start to breathe image of Barcelona city. Great spot for panorama... More

This by far is the best view of the city, it's just pretty far out there. So if you're short on time this might not fit within you're agenda. The other thing is to get up here you need to catch multiple forms of transport. There is a fernicular ( cable car) at the top, a blue tram from the... More

Up in the hills, this gives you an amazing view of the city and the beach. Had a small park with rides for children, and a beautiful church to visit. It is a little up hill walk to get to the ferry. But it is a nice walk through adorable neighborhoods.

The journey up was as much fun as the views, the blue tram followed by the old funicular. The views from the top are impressive to say the least. Nice restaurant with multilingual machines to take your order and very reasonable prices. Lovely walk back down through the park rounded off the trip.

It was quite a trek as we walked a long way up the hill to the funicular, but well worth it. The train was fun and the view from the top was amazing. Well worth a visit to the chuch and a few rides were open at the funfair so the kids got to try them out.

It is a bit a of a treck to get up there - we did it by Green Bus Tour route, tram up to the base (you pay for that 5.50 Eur one way), then a venicular railway (fantastic) up to the top (you can get a discount with the bus tour tickets) then it has a fair ground at... More

We found the shuttle bus that takes you to the top of Tibidabo mountain at Place Catalunya - wasn't immediately obvious, as its behind an ice cream stall - but we found it! You cannot use your Hola BCN card on this, so make sure to have enough change to pay the driver 2.95 euros for one way. Nice cool... More

We are on a 5 day trip to Barcelona with a 2 year old. We thought we couldn't leave without seeing the views from tibidabo. As I'm pregnant I couldn't bare the thought of the long winded journey there.from la rambles it would have been a 10 minute walk, then a 11 minute train, then a tram. Or the t2a... More

It's a definite box to tick if visiting Barcelona. The views are stunning and the church is quaint and charming. There are also fair ground attractions for kids. It's a one off thing to do but absolutely worth it.

We visited the over 100 year old funicular that takes you up the Tibidabo mountain. Nice experience and quick service to go up and down. It travels every 15-30 mins and, depending upon the amount of people going up or down, there is a room where you can wait before you go back down again. On the mountain you can... More
