We had a wonderful time going up via funicular to the top of tidibado mountain, the cathedral is one of the most beautiful in Barcelona both on the inside and the outside and the views from the top are just breathtaking and the most beautiful views you will enjoy of Barcelona. If you have the time don't miss out on... More

Magnificent views from the top. Quaint fairground rides on the top along with a beautiful church. Binocular railway to take you to the top. Really enjoyed this place with a glass of cava and the sun shining.

The restaurant employees will tell you it is not possible to walk to the top of the Tibidabo, but that you have to take the funicular and there is only a road for cars to go up there. That is not true!! It´s a really nice hike up there. I started walking at the metro stop Avingueda Tibidabo, but you... More

If you're not sure whether you should make the visit here, allow me to suggest that you take the time to get there and take in the sights. It's amazing! The cathedral is beautiful, and the views from the very top (yes, you can climb to the top) are simply stunning, you won't want to come back down. Obviously this... More

Breath taking view of the city... Temple of the Sacred Heart looks amazing and impressive both outside and inside... Church and chapel made me feel so calm and peaceful... Its one of "must be seen" places in Barcelona.

Tibidabo was the highlight of our Barcelona city trip and is well worth the queue to get up on the (rather slow) shuttle. The views from the top are breath taking and the church highly impressive. Must be seen to be believed, I would highly recommend a visit.

Take the funicular up to the top for a sweeping view of the city. Also take in a little natural seclusion from a very busy city. There is what remains of an amusement park just below the church. Weirdly incongruous.

It may seem out of the way, but definitely go for it! The ride up is interesting, including the funicular. Once you arrive at the top, the views of Barcelona were awesome! You could see forever! The Temple of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a neo-Gothic work by Eric Sagnier. There is the main church and a chapel and... More
