Gothic masterpiece

Incredibly beautiful gothic church. It's well worth visiting. The numerous side altars had incredible art work.

Great for a short visit. Make sure you are dressed appropriately and it's free. A good place to walk around for a short time if in the vicinity.

This was an amazing cathedral and well worth the small entry fee, the colours and shapes were stunning well worth a visit. Also a place to find peace and a quiet moment from the hustle and bustle of the streets. There was so much to see you could easily spend a good half day here, you were also allowed to... More

You are not allowed inside if your knees or shoulders are showing. Especially not if you are a woman. The best part was the guys playing guitar outside the cathedral...

Anyone who enjoys walking through the old churches of Europe will enjoy a visit to the Cathedral. Obviously, it's not as visually captivating as Sagrada Familia. But one does wonder why Barcelona would need another monstrous church after viewing the Cathedral. During our tour, we came across an elevator that lead to roof access. Work was being done on the... Large cathedral well worth a visit. Appropriate clothing needed as guards check on entrance. Free. Also of interest for kids for a short break from the heat

Lots of churches! I think we got churched out, hence didn't go in. Beautiful structure and there was a musical performance outside when we were there, hence it was a lively time and with the cathedral, just fantastic timing!

Beautiful, serene experience! We went on a Sunday morning, so the Mass was in session and viewable from a distance. The architecture is so beautiful. The gold ornamentation is impressive. Ladies, you cannot enter with exposed shoulders. So don't wear a sleeveless blouse or spaghetti straps. There are ladies out on the front steps selling silky scarves that you can... More
