This is a nice interesting park designed by Gaudi. Situated on a high hill it offered magnificent views of the city.

It is definitely one of the highlights of Barcelona. The easiest way to get there is by bus. To get to the monument area (yhe most interesting area, you need a ticket (buy on line). Beautiful park, with Gaudi masterpieces everywhere. Recommended/

Tip: definitely buy admission on line ! This was my favorite Gaudi site in Barcelona. The houses, tile work and grounds are incredible. Allow about 2 hours.

This is well worth the visit and the walk! A little difficult to find when coming from the nearest Metro and up a steep hill. You can get there on the Turistic bus and this stops at the bottom of the hill. On Sundays there is music in the park and because there are time slots for the Gaudi experience,... More

This is a beautiful spot with a spectacular view of Barcelona. There where musicians playing all over the park. I got mesmerised by a Spanish guitarist. The Gaudi sculptures ect are amazing. My only criticism is that to go into the main part of the park with most of the Gaudi pieces in cost 8 euro and we had to... More

We have been to Park Guell on many occasions, but were somewhat shocked - and disrupted the days timetable!- to find we had to pay and had restricted entry times. It is an amazing place with free walks around the park with great views of the massive terrace and the Barcelona skyline from the top of the park. It does... More

What a disappointment! We didn't realize that we needed to book online earlier to get tickets for their specific window of visiting! Never got in :(. So disappointed! The reality is, if you want to get in this amazing park, purchase your tickets on line at least 1 day in advance.

As said by another reviewer, this park is not longer free to tourists. You can buy your tickets online to get the time you want. We didn't know what day we would be visiting so did not pre-purchase our tickets. When we got there after our visit to La Sagrada Familia, we stood in line to buy our tickets. Once... More
