This is the best way to see Barcelona. You will go through courtyards and alleys in the Old City through the streets to the Olympic Port and beaches in the New City. Very friendly and professional tour guide and staff. We even stopped for a quick drink at a cafe on the beach midway through our tour. Our particular group... More

There are lots of bike hire companies in Barcelona but we chose Green Bikes as they were so helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. They were able to accommodate all of the family, with a smaller bike for my 11 year old. The whole process of hiring bikes from Green bikes was hassle free, quick and easy. It also only cost... Wonderful, friendly, helpful and honest people. Very nice and friendly tour guide, without any problem showed us I was interested in. Visiting thisway the city we obtained a lot of interesting information You'll not find in guidebooks. The trip takes about 3,5 hours and 15 km without slightest effortlessly. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the guide

What a lovely place! I'd definitely recommend hiring bikes here to see the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the process incredibly easy (no forms, just leave driving licence with them) and flexible. We could hire the bikes for as long as we wanted for a very reasonable 1.50 an hour. As I'm used to cycling in London,... More

The guides were great, fitted us well to our bikes, and took us on a wonderful, colorful, sightseeing tour of Barcelona. We went down back streets, through parks, to the Mediterranean Sea and the Olympic Village. Loved it!

So myself (48 y/o) and my 16 y/o son were in Barcelona for the day off of a cruise ship. And I had booked a private tour with Green Bikes ahead of time (I believe Green Bikes also does group tours as well as they just rent bikes). So, I must say, Sam (I believe he is the owner) was... More

We rented bikes from here the staff were really nice and informative and showed us how to lock the bikes. It was a really good price as well. It is the best way to see Barcelona by bike. Also there wasnt a deposit, as all we had to do was leave some sort of ID with them.

Friendly helpful people, comfortable bikes with sturdy locks at a really good price. We cycled along the beachfront which is easy to get to from Green Bikes. I recommend them highly.

Following Trip advisor reviews we rented bikes from here during our stay in Barcelona. Highly recommended. You get a comfortable bike in good shape, locks and helpful advice. Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
