The historic church of Iglesia de San Martín, is the backdrop within this central square. The square itself, is in the heart of Segovia’s old aristocratic district. Lined with a number of monuments, including the statue dedicated to Juan Bravo. There are a few local bars and restaurants within the area.

The Plaza de Medina del Campo was in the center of Segovia's old aristocratic district. It is bordered by several noted monuments: the House of the fifteenth century, the Tower of Lozoya, Church of San Martin, the statue of Juan Bravo, Siren Sphinx Statue, Museo de Arte Contemporaneo Esteban Vicente, and the granite building called Old Jail.

We mainly walked through/past this attraction. The church is very pretty as well as the monument, but we did not stay here very long.

Chances are high that you'll come across that cosy plaza on your way between aqueduct and Plaza Mayor. There's a monument of Juan Bravo and the square is surrounded by a church, a tower and some old buildings. Very pleasant and interesting place.

The perfect place to sit and people-watch, as a lot of people are walking on the busy street to and from Plaza Mayor. Benches and steps available to sit on.
