The 5€ charge includes s very good audio guide, but I put it down after a while & just looked at the light in the stained glass. My first visit was at dusk and I went again near mid-day to enjoy the difference in light. Try to get there before the large groups because they are very disruptive, talking &... More

There is a 5€ charge to enter the cathedral; you receive not only entrance but also an audioguide which is one of the best we've ever used. When one enters, the first thing that one sees is the incredible stained glass towering above you. The glass seems to change its colors and effects as the outside lightens or darkens up.... More

There is an entrance fee of €5 per adult, reducing for children and seniors. If you like spending time looking at the interior of churches, the paintings and the stained glass - this is one for you. The Cathedral has a spectacular and wonderfully colourful display of stained glass - some great paintings and sculpture, including the wonderful carvings and... More

well it didnt take much to see why this was one of the 3 top Cathedrals in Europe. The stained glass is amazing and the choir singing with those acoustics made for a very plesant experience

The front of building is extremely beautiful at day and night. The illumination of the Cathedral helps the look. Inside there are lots of chapels with different objects that are different and beautiful too. You can take pictures without flash.

Unique and full of history, set at the plaza, in old Leon. Very central and next to the museum. Closed in the afternoon for siesta.

Fascinating and beautiful cathedral. Good audio guide. Visit the museum and cloisters too but make sure you understand how you get out of the museum - they unlock the door to let you in and I then joined up with a group so that getting out was ok but that all felt a bit odd!

The stained glass windows are amazing. The museum is also very advisable, although I missed the help of a guide.
