Very good audio tour, beautiful inside and out

I never go for the audio tours but this one came with admission. It detailed a very interesting history in an enjoyable way. The cathedral is beautiful both inside and out.

Nice cathedral, beautiful stained glass which can only be appreciated from inside. The audio guide was very good. Good access to all areas of the building.

This is an awe inspiring Cathedral. Really lovely. Try and hear mass and perhaps you can hear the magnificent organ being played.

We’d already taken a midnight stroll through town the evening before and were a bit surprised about how small the cathedral seemed from the outside. The next day we were able to go in and have a look at the famous stained-glass windows. Maybe it was all the scaffolding or all the people, but somehow we couldn’t see what all... More

This is a really great cathedral. Very airy and open for a cathedral, with some fantastic art and paintings.

After the cathedral in Burgos this is a different league. Complete coherent and serene. The simplicity will make you want to sit down and just be inspired and ponder how a town of only 5000 people could complete this undertaking in only 50 years. Today it would take that long to get planning permission. Sit and just take it all... More

The church is said to have more stained glass windows than any other Gothic church. The Choir seats, the altar, windows, all so breathtaking. With your admission fee you get a device that tours you thru the highlights of the cathedral.

Must do in Leon while walking the Camino de Santiago. Brilliant architecture with a nice self-guided tour.

It is a beautiful cathedral inside and outside. The small chapel were daily mass is celebrated is elaborated but with class. The rest of the navels are full of history and very interesting architecture.
