Beach is better but still a way to go.

We went to the beach most days during our holidays and it is much cleaner than in the previous 2 years so it is good to see that the standards are being raised.

I don't like dark sand. A lot of stones uncomfortable for children. But very interesting "different" experience

Beautiful. The water is absolutely amazing and we couldn't get enough of the hot black sand. Wearing water shoes is advisable because walking across the sand can be seriously hot...The flora around you is just gorgeous and there are lots of half tame lizards everywhere - take a banana and they'll love you...

A walk down to the seafront offers a little more than being by just the poolside all day, which offers a great deal snorkeling opportunities, the beaches are always clean, but look for the stretches without the stones / pebbles

Nice for adults, but very danger for kids. Big stones may hit your ankles or you could be dragged by the wave into a stone.

Beautiful beach, although the sand is black as on all beaches on Teneriffe, because of its volcanic origin.

I like there. Especially the last part where is only sand and good condition with toilet and shower. The last part is the smaller from the end... playa chica. Normally is used by locals but there is the best place to stay.

If you just want to lie down and read, it is a good place. However, as I love to snorkel, I was dissatisfied, because nothing could be seen in the water. What really annoyed us were the watch-sellers, which got REALLY annoying once I showed interest in buying one of the fake 25€ watches(which they were happy to lower to... More
