When laid out in the 18th century this place must have been really isolated. Now, you need to seek it out in Puerto's suburbia. Well worth doing and knocks spots off the Botanic Gardens. It has character, colour, the same amount history and a delightful terrace cafe run by an English lady who knows how to make a proper iced... More

This green garden full of flowers already visited by Von Humboldt and Agatha Christi in the past is certainly worth a visit. In the back of the garden you find a small restaurant with terrace where you can drink a good cup of tea in a charming surrounding.

You really should visit this place if you love orchids. Agatha Christie has a connection with this garden. There is an excellent café run by an English lady good cup of tea.

The garden is high above the sea front, but a taxi from Tenerife Playa only cost just over 3 euros, and the walk back is easy. There are some spectacular plants here, with gorgeous strong colours, and a lovely sense of peace. Glad we did not miss it.

If you like beautiful flowers, this is for you. Not expensive to enter and a surprising amount of different plants.

Tucked away in an elevated position, this garden requires a steep climb if approaching from the seafront. It is a peaceful haven if you like gardens but we have seen better displays of orchids elsewhere and we felt the whole place lacked a bit of TLC. English cream teas are available but the scones were made to a recipe unlike... More

A beautiful garden in the centre of Puerto but very peaceful and tranquil as it is surrounded by high walls. A fine display of orchids is not all this garden offers. Well worth a visit. It is full of history. Well worth the entry fee. A good way to spend a couple of quiet hours.

Felt like a little piece of England. Though past it's best in respect of the floral displays at this time of year, it was still a delight to stroll around and relax in for a couple of hours.

Steeped in history with visitors in the past like Agatha Christie. A hidden gem in the very centre of the resort. Gardens full of Orchids and rare plants and trees with a Coy pond at the entrance. Very surprised. Entrance per adult €4.50
