The renovated building and the site was very beautiful also the museum it self. The entrance fee 3 euros which you later can spend in the shop, is not expensive, unless you don't get ripped off by the cashier (which we were). In comparison with other wine houses we have visited, we must say that it is not worth the... More

As a wine lover you ofcourse like to visit this place. It is a must you think if you want to bring back home some good, local canary wines. The place is easy to find and they have a big parking place. Admission is 2€/ person. You will get it back if yoy by something. Mondays it is closed. It... More

Visited here with a group from a cruise ship. We sampled a few mediocre wines, but the sample was so minute, it was hard to judge them fairly. They have a large store and restaurant, we didn't eat there. The museum was mildly interesting, albeit small.

Our meal was more outstanding than the wine in the wine tasting bodega but it was very interesting tasting the locally produced wines.

This is an interesting place surrounded by grape vines for wine. The service was exceptional. A visit to the courtyard is interesting and my experience included a reception that was very appropriately service with fantastic sparking wine and wonderful tapas. I was unable to visit the wine museum, but it was reported to be a worthwhile experience if you were... More

Beautiful old museum - House of wine! It was very exciting to learn when and how the peolpe of the Canary Islands started to make wine! In one of the halls you can try some varieties of the best wine or even to buy a couple of bottles!

If all the wineries in France made you pay for every glass you tasted there would be another revolution! This was poor marketing and given the price of Canarian wines they should offer FREE tastings. The wines were not to our taste apart from one red which we bought, for 12 Euros! Just the 1 bottle though!

What a great view to enjoy the drinks in this beautiful terace. On a one side you see the ocean and the other side you see the Teide. Taste local wines and go and buy the ones you lake in the shop. The museum part was not that spectacular. It was quite small actually but the tickets were very very... More

This attraction is well signposted off the motorway. Don't just head for the Casa del Vino - try out the town and the panoramic views of the coast. The honey museum (next to the Wine museum) is not in English, but the wine museum is very interesting. Tenerife was the centre of the wine trade in the 16th century and... More

Honey was our reason for going and we found there to be 3 sections to the museum side, wine, honey and agriculture. They're all well done and many of the exhibits have multi-lingual descriptions, unfortunately not the honey section, interesting though and it does show some of the plants to look for when out in the countryside. More could be... More
