This is where it all happens at night in Puerto De La Cruz, many bars and cafes you can sit outside and enjoy a nice meal and drink, but very expensive some of them.

Every visit to Puerto must include several visits to Plaza Charco. The are many restaurants both indoor and outdoor serving everything from toasties to traditional Canarian feasts. Prices are kept low due to competition . After dark the plaza comes into its own with street entertainers plus music playing from several bars/restaurants. Only gripe is that the mens public conveniences... More

Check out the Ice cream shop at the top of the square for that late night stroll and sugar fix. Bars/restaurants are best for drinks and tapas and people watching in the evening.

A vibrant ,lively, noisy square where locals&tourists&"looky-looky's" all mingle-it's a very happening place.Plenty of stalls, cafes, restaurant&bars in the environs to take your pick from,as well as the delicious ice-cream parlours. However,NOT the place to come if you have a headache,or are seeking peace&quiet-as competing music(both live&recorded)blasts out from the various businesses all trying to attract clientele. It has to be one of the best...
