We visited these gardens which we found by accident whilst visiting the water gardens (Taoro) next door. We paid 4 euro's each to enter & whilst I would say it's worth a visit I do feel that the gardens looked in need of bit more love & care. They are situated on lots of different levels & you start &... More

Discovered this oasis of calm on our 4th visit to Puerto de la Cruz. It's alongside Jardin de Taoro but is privately owned and costs €4 entrance. The gardens are set on separate levels, each one has a different theme and water feature. Access quite steep in places but well worth the effort. We spent nearly 2hrs enjoying the beauty... More

Reached the garden after a walk through parque taoro, an entrance fee of 4 euro for the garden is a bit pricey, we were in and out in less than 30 mins

Came across this when we were walking to the Botanical gardens. Lovely old woman sitting on a chair collects money at the gate. It is a bit more expensive then the Botanical gardens but worth it. A nice stroll around the gardens and to its multiple levels are tranquil. The fish are huge and I saw a few unusual birds... More

We walked up through Tearo park, which is very pretty. This place is a labour of love, built over many years and it shows. Right now everything is coming to life with pockets of brightly coloured flowers & shrubs amid a sea of green. Most of the water features are up and running but it is still pre season so bear... If you have high expectations then get rid of them, however this is still worth visiting, unless you are on a tight budget. Take on all that has already been said and you might still find this an interesting place. Given the positon in Taoro and the ladies that run the place this will probably soon be replaced with someting... More

We were looking forward to enjoying the water cascades but there was only a tiny trickle of water , There were dead trees which had not been cleared and no flowers, There were a few fish but not worth the entrance fee.

January is perhaps not the best time to vist - not many flowers and a lot of it seemed a bit tired, but an interesting visit none-the-less, especially if you're prepared to go slowly and quietly so that the wildlife comes out. Slightly more expensive than the Botanical Garden which I'm not sure it quite justifies, but 4 Euro isn't... More

So peaceful to sit by the water-falls looking a the beautiful view. There is a nice café where one can enjoy a coffee in peace. A "must".

Although there are no signposts we found this place by following the main road on foot and by reading our street map we found steps which led to a number of water features and more steps, leading to a lovely bar where we stopped for refreshments, then made our way to the water gardens. 4 euros entrance fee was good...
