Excellent place, very idillic and peaceful, feed the birds and see fresh water fish in the ponds, ideal for camera taking.

As befits secret gems, there is no publicity, little in the way of signposting, nothing that will distract from a rare moment of complete peace in this crowded island. Indeed, the reception desk at my hotel seemed (or professed) not to know about it. Understandably, as I found out. This Wonderland was created by a man who in the last... More

situated in the Parque Tauro area at the top of a steep climb up from the town, these gardens should not be missed.(being a touch lazy i would suggest taking a taxi or car)When there, make sure you look for the risco bello sign otherwise you might miss it.Entrance to the water gardens are via what looks like a private villa and... Quite small, simple and very beautiful gardens. Wildlife and plants, sat in the outdoor café in the sunshine. Awesome. Well worth a visit.

Lots of water features as you would expect and layered down the cliff via a path and up the other side reaching the very good tea rooms at the... More

Situated in grounds with a cafe in a lovely setting. A lady selling tickets down a path to a layered set of water gardens which although a little run down are stunning. Really enjoyed them.

We bumbed into this beautiful garden by accident. It is much more charming than the botaenical garden. It is a little bit run down but still has loads of character.

This is a must. It is hilarious. It could indeed be a beautiful spot if all the pools and waterways were properly cared for. Now there was a feeling of decay over them. Nothing had changed since my last visit three years ago. A nice open-air cafeteria at the premises with a well kept lawn was a contrast to the... More
