Good facilities for a Spanish City. Plenty of bars and restaurants and of course the sun and sea. Suitable for most people my friend was in a wheelchairs and we enjoyed the long promenade along the beach edge and through the beautiful gardens,

This is the place for cruise passengers to relax and enjoy their first taste of the Gran Canaria, as well as ideal place to relax and people watch. It is an area surrounded by trees, flowers and plants and close to traditional shops. This is where special events such as Carnival take place. Look out for the statue of Lolita... More

Very pretty little park, clean and tidy, great for a walk. It's surrounded by the roads so unfortunately I couldn't let my twins out of the buggy but otherwise great.

A small park, but very well maintained. Cafés on 2 sides. An interesting statue of an old lady and her cats. At the south end, an area where men (I didn't see a single woman) sit around small tablea and play chess of card games. Picturesque part of town. This park is the terminal for the local busses going to... More

Nice to walk to in the evening. Only traffics a.lowed through are the buses. Children's playground, coloured fountains and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Air filled with music of different types. Scented jasmine from the gardens and a nice place to people watch

if you're expecting a nice park with lawns and bushes, forget it. they mean "park" as a structured area with pavement walks and some flowerbeds. all in all is nice, but common

The park seems to be divided in two areas. One close to the city and one closer to the harbour. In the middle is Museo Elder and a playground for children. There are many cafes and restaurants and some places have live music in the evening. It seemed clean and nice and a place to sit and watch other people... More
