Cruise ship stop over in Las Palmas, Grand Canary island - took the "Red Bus" to take in the sights and sounds. A beautiful clean city very relaxed on a Saturday. Went to a grand old cathedral which included a museum of religious artifacts amongst others. For a small fee you can take a lift ride up to the tower... More

This is the worst hop on hop off experience I have ever had. I almost do not know what good can say about this product. It is really not worth the price, 18 EUR per adult. First of all, all the seating on the second floor of the bus were wet as it had rained. We had to wipe the... More

We had a lovely day travelling around the city, it's full of history and the ability to hop on and off meant we were able to make the most of our day. Really enjoyed the day.

If this is your first trip to the Canary Islands, this should be the first tour you go on. It's a great way to get familiar with the island and scope out other places to visit during your stay. This bus makes 13 stops and lets you come on and off as you please throughout the day. They provide headphones... More

We checked both company’s routes (red and yellow) and took the Red Bus. Visitors would be well advised to have done research as to where one wishes to go and make this simple comparison. Check out that your plug-in works before sitting down. Some units are out of service and shifting around to find a working one is problematic if... More

Having only a very short time in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, we decided to do a guided tour of the capital on the City Sightseeing tour bus. I actually promote these bus tours in tenerife as part of my job, but hadnt actually been on it in tenerife, so I decided to have a go in Las Palmas. Both... More

There is not a lot of culture at the city and the shopping is very poor. Not worth a day out on an excursion, but if you go by bus it would be economical. Market smelled nice

we did the city sightseeing tour of Las Palmas on the hop on hop off bus. This cost 25 euro and to be honest we didn't feel it was worth the money. There wasn't a great deal to see of any interest. Our plan was to do the full tour and then go round again and get off at the... More

The old town of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is well worth a visit, while staying on the island. We don't generally like tours, so chose to drive to the capital and try it by ourselves. The journey to the city was relatively simple, taking a little over an hour from Arguineguin. However, be prepared, when driving in the city,... More

Took a coach tour covering the capital, botanic gardens and the volcanic crater of Bandama. In Las Palmas we we shown the Cathedral, which was closed, Christopher Columbus' museum, the historical city, Vegueta, Santa Catalina Park and Las Canteras Beach. The guide was very good but, spoke mostly of the time in German even though the majority on the bus... More
