A really great day out for all ages. The animals are well looked after and so interactive. We fed elephants camels lemurs and giraffes. Very reasonable food entrance and clean throughout. Staff always smiling and helpful.

This is a great day out plus has a free bus service from several towns. Only down side using the free bus was that you were there for the whole time as only one bus each way but there is enough to do to make the stay worth while. The only down side was the return journey, the bus left... More

Whilst this park is a good day out and value for money, there is no first aid support on site and staff very unhelpful. I fell down stairs at sea lion show and had a very bad ankle sprain (fruit bashed in stairs), kids and hubby got a very bad fright, staff didn't want to know, too busy securing photos... More

I love the zoo, clean, animals kept in top conditions and the zoo restaurant was amazing. But if you're a tourist and you want to limit your time at the zoo best to hire a car. The bus leaves a hotel at 9:00am and doesn't arrive back till 7:30pm. So if you travel by bus. Gear up for a long... More

This was a fantastic day out, lots of animals to see that you dont see in many British zoo's, such as camels and Elephants. Pay extra for the camel safari up the mountain this was brilliant, with great views. You can rest throughout your visit by taking in one of the many shows which are on several times a day,... More

This is truly an animal "park" rather than a typical cramped zoo! This place is huge, clean, uncrowded, and houses all kinds of interesting animals that you can see and feed as if you are in a jungle! Very adventurous experience! We got to feed giraffes, which was the best part of the visit! They are amazing! Cannot recommend it... More

Not a bad zoo, very busy, lots of shows for kids, but avoid the "lemur experience," there is no interaction allowed with them at all, not even touching. We caught a free bus from Corralejo and back, and entrance was 25 euro. Decent food available on site at the three restaurants. The animals seemed well looked after enough, although some... More

Came here on July 6th. Had a very good day! We fed elephants and giraffes and you got to get very close to them- most people even took selfies. I don't have many complaints as it was very clean although some of the animals enclosures looked like they could be a lot better. Overall worth a visit and I'd recommend... More

We enjoyed our day here. We bought tickets through our rep at the hotel. We got there about half ten and had to be back at the bus for 6pm so you had a lot of time(prob an hour or so too long!) there to see everything. Lots to see - our favourite part was the sealion show - and... More
