Beautiful town, everybody was friendly. We took the glass bottom boat tour of the harbour and saw Richard Bransons house and the hospital island. We also had a lovely relaxed stroll around the town. We also took in the gin distillery, which is a must if you go to Mahon port.

Lots of sights to see, both historical and current. Lovely view of the harbour, perfect place to stop off for a drink/lunch and you can then take the sights in.

Pretty marina with lovely restaurants shops and weekly market. Lots of luxury boats to admire. Plenty or parking. Not too busy and easy reach of Mahon centre

Stunning town. Very friendly. Fantastic shops. Lots of natural formations, I.e worlds largest natural harbour at 6 miles long!

This was an excellent trip on a glass bottomed boat with a running commentary of the history 0f the port and surrounding areas. We were given a gin and lemon and were out over an hour, great value for 11 euros. On our return we visited parts of MAHON and had lunch in a lovely café in the centre.

Travelled to Mahon during a stay on Menorca. I arrived on a Sunday which is Market day. They have a number of stalls in the gown centre selling various crafts and goods. The atmosphere is relaxed. The main shopping centre/shops are along cobbled streets which have been well maintained and are very clean. You can find a varied array of... More

Excellent trip, well worth the money. Very informative, to be recommended to anyone with an interest in history, lots of facts in just over an hours journey. It was also beautiful scenery,

The Cruise around the Harbour was good. The Gin factory we visited and was suppose to see how they made it was closed as it was a Saturday but we did taste the various Gins. The market at Mahon was mainly "Bags" and nothing else as such. Would not do this excursion again and definitely not at a weekend.

If you go to Mahon, port is one of things to visit. Nothing about it that will make you excited, but as this is one of biggest natural harbors, it is worth visiting. Regular tourist boats routes are available daily if you want to explore harbor in more details...
