One of the most cosmopolitan and beautiful cities in the world. All aspects of cultural life can be found in Palma and the Cathedral is a must see if you visit.

Palma the Mallorca is a beautiful medieval town where one can linger through the narrow streets, shop in the numerous small shops and have a drink or lunch in lovely cafes. A must see is the Cathedral "La Seu". It is beautiful on the outside as well on the inside (tourists are allowed inside the church, even during messes).

We took the route to the back of the cathedral passing by cappuccino on the way up. We found an old man with his carriage, he told us the tour will cost 60 but he didn't mind she we asked for a lower price which we got for 60€. The tour is amazing he took us to a lot of... More

We were staying about an hour away in Port d'Alcudia, and wanted to see Palma, so took a day tour there. Boy were we disappointed! Palma itself is not nice at all. We took the Viator tour, which dropped us off at El Corte Ingles department store for our free drink and paltry tapa. Not impressed. If I did it... More

just returned from a weeks cruise on Thomson island escape and we had the best time, ship is great, very laid back and casual. Very clean throughout, room basic but cleaned twice a day. staff friendly. Entertainment great. Food amazing. Everything, trips, embarkment, etc ran smoothly. Cannot fault anything and will definitely be going another cruise. Great waking up at... More

Poor experience renting a car through Holiday auto agent Centauro rent a car at Palma airport On arrival one is told to expect transfer by courtesy bus to car hire. The bus service is erratiic and cannot be described as Courteous. Rude and herded would be more appropriate after keeping you waiting for 45 Minutes in full Mllorcan sun. The... More

At 17 euros per adult direct from the bus (you can get cheaper via rep or pre book before leaving UK) it was easily accessible outside the cathedral. From there you took the journey around Palma to parts of the Old Town and various landmarks. You can hop off and on again, one stop is the castle, brilliant views of... More

We did a circular walk from the Cathedral along the marina into the old city, through some old squares with stalls and street entertainers back to the Cathedral. Stopped for lunch in a street cafe. It was really lovely, some beautiful buildings and narrow streets. Took us about 3 hours and we did it with 4 children.
